A solid overview of the considerations for planning museum exhibits. Both its strength and weakness is trying to cover all aspects of exhibit design -- it is more of an awareness resource than a real guide because everything is treated so superficially. By far the most valuable part of the book is the list of questions to ask when evaluating an exhibit (yours or one that you visit) -- this is a great tool for critical thinking on what works and what doesn't within museums.
Phenomenal material for designing exhibits - and it was a very good book to read alongside designing one myself! It alerts you how to reconnect with the visitor experience and their perceptions of the exhibit while keepong museum professionals happy with their product as well.
