Si bien "Más allá del bien y del mal" (1886) retoma elementos e ideas de Así habló Zaratustra profundizando en ellos, presenta un tratamiento de los mismos completamente distinto. Entre una y otra obra hay, fundamentalmente, un reajuste de la mirada: el paso del símbolo al concepto, de la poesía a la psicología, de la confianza a la sospecha, de la lejanía que permite dejar de lado los defectos a la óptica microscópica que pone de relieve las miserias; un reajuste que permite a Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) dar un paso más en la radicalidad de su pensamiento filosófico.

Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche was a German classical scholar, philosopher, and critic of culture, who became one of the most influential of all modern thinkers. He began his career as a classical philologist before turning to philosophy. He became the youngest person to hold the Chair of Classical Philology at the University of Basel in 1869 at the age of 24, but resigned in 1879 due to health problems that plagued him most of his life; he completed much of his core writing in the following decade. In 1889, at age 44, he suffered a collapse and afterward a complete loss of his mental faculties, with paralysis and probably vascular dementia. He lived his remaining years in the care of his mother until her death in 1897 and then with his sister Elisabeth Förster-Nietzsche. Nietzsche died in 1900, after experiencing pneumonia and multiple strokes.
Nietzsche's work spans philosophical polemics, poetry, cultural criticism, and fiction while displaying a fondness for aphorism and irony. Prominent elements of his philosophy include his radical critique of truth in favour of perspectivism; a genealogical critique of religion and Christian morality and a related theory of master–slave morality; the aesthetic affirmation of life in response to both the "death of God" and the profound crisis of nihilism; the notion of Apollonian and Dionysian forces; and a characterisation of the human subject as the expression of competing wills, collectively understood as the will to power. He also developed influential concepts such as the Übermensch and his doctrine of eternal return. In his later work, he became increasingly preoccupied with the creative powers of the individual to overcome cultural and moral mores in pursuit of new values and aesthetic health. His body of work touched a wide range of topics, including art, philology, history, music, religion, tragedy, culture, and science, and drew inspiration from Greek tragedy as well as figures such as Zoroaster, Arthur Schopenhauer, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Richard Wagner, Fyodor Dostoevsky, and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
After his death, Nietzsche's sister Elisabeth became the curator and editor of his manuscripts. She edited his unpublished writings to fit her German ultranationalist ideology, often contradicting or obfuscating Nietzsche's stated opinions, which were explicitly opposed to antisemitism and nationalism. Through her published editions, Nietzsche's work became associated with fascism and Nazism. 20th-century scholars such as Walter Kaufmann, R.J. Hollingdale, and Georges Bataille defended Nietzsche against this interpretation, and corrected editions of his writings were soon made available. Nietzsche's thought enjoyed renewed popularity in the 1960s and his ideas have since had a profound impact on 20th- and early 21st-century thinkers across philosophy—especially in schools of continental philosophy such as existentialism, postmodernism, and post-structuralism—as well as art, literature, music, poetry, politics, and popular culture.

Una lectura excelente. Algo confusa y ambigua con algunas cosas, por su misma forma literaria, pero muchas ideas son claras y la exposición preciosa.
Siento que las ideas acá expuestas no las hubiera entendido bien en el pasado. Tal vez ahora me siento mejor para hacerlo, y me parecen brutales algunos análisis. Me queda la curiosidad de como evolucionan estas ideas sobre el fundamentalismo racista.
Creo que entiendo un poco la intuición entre estas dos ideas pero aún necesito reflexión y conceptos o pistas. Me interesó mucho la reflexión del poder; de alguna forma ha despertado una intuición sobre el poder que estaba incómoda buscando coherencia con mi situación actual.
Volveré a leer Nietzsche pronto.

Qué quiso decir? Npi. Pero lo dijo bellísimo. Me encanta ver sus acercamientos con la psicología, en particular desde una lente como precursor de psicoanálisis. La vida en una etapa post-moral me lleva en conjunto con el deseo de una etapa post-capitalista. Definitivamente necesito muchas lecturas complementarias para entender mejor más de la mitad de sus aforismos -sic.

No hay certezas, sólo oportunidades. Pero puedo dar algunas certezas sobre este libro. Primero, independientemente de que si uno acuerde o no con Nietzsche, su prosa es insuperable, de una belleza difícil de encontrar en otros autores, entre todos los géneros. La traducción de Sanchez Pascual al español hace honores como solo un amante de Nietzsche puede hacerlo. La otra certeza, es que sea quien sea el lector, se verá transformado por el texto. Inquietante, interesante, conmovedor, provocador. Ojalá usted sea un lector al que le sea lícito, tener esta experiencia.

Bé, aquesta lectura ha estat post La genealogía de la moral, i es nota. Si bé La genealogía de la moral era, en principi, una ampliació de Más allá del bien y del mal, sembla que l'ordre s'ha invertit, o com a mínim, la qualitat. Si l'altre és una meravella absoluta, aquest és... bé, llegible i interessant, però en part també força semblant en quant a idees a Aurora o, clar, la Genealogia. Per mi no ha estat una lectura massa enriquidora: tot i això, l'havia de fer. El següent serà El crepúsculo de los ídolos.

no se si ya fue mucho Nietzsche para mí o simplemente no debí dejar este libro para después y debí leerlo antes del Zaratustra y ecce homo pero honestamente no me aportó mucho en esta ocasión o tal vez no era el momento... más allá de ciertas reflexiones y algunas citas icónicas termina sintiéndose como Nietzsche nuevamente siendo contradictorio en su filosofar,criticar y ejercer, pero en general está bien para pulir algunos conceptos sobre la moral y la ideología.
