The authors laid out challenges that are currently evolving in education. Spirit Work refers to developing a spirit in schools in which everyone is respected and treated as a contributing to create a maintain and grow the spirit of the system. Leaders must help people cope and develop in a complex and adverse conditions in contemporary society. Collaboration refers to the need to engage and nurture learning in a manner that students learn best.
