Work, some cold beers, sleep. Repeat. Sure, it sounded damn boring. But the last thing Sav needed was excitement in his life.
Been there, done that.
Only problem was that his next-door neighbor seemed determined to bring trouble into his life, whether or not he wanted it.
There was nothing quiet or peaceful about Livvy Carlson. She was a mess. Caring for her three young nephews wasn't a walk in the park. Add in her job, her studies, and a work colleague who didn't understand the word no, and yeah . . . she could really use some help.
Who'd have thought that help would come from the sexy, tattooed, grumpy biker next door?
The one who kept bossing her around, threatening to put her over his knee, and who frequented her dreams?
The sexy kind.
The last thing Livvy needed was to make her life more complicated. But every time Sav spoke to her in that commanding voice, she found herself wanting to kneel at his feet and call him Daddy.
Maybe she should. Because if she let out her deepest desires, then she was bound to send him running . . .
Laylah loves reading, but she particularly loves a good romance with some seriously alpha men. Protective, possessive men with large hearts. Writing has become her passion and she hopes her readers enjoy her stories as much as she does writing them.
4.5 stars. So freaking good! I am so sad I’m already done reading this book. I swear, I need to learn to read things about 10 times slower. I love Sav and Livvy and her three boys. Sav is such a protective alpha, but he’s got the sweetest heart. He’s so good with Livvy and her boys, it’s honestly adorable. Livvy is so mixed up in dangerous people that she almost can’t believe how good Sav is to her. It’s heartbreaking watching these two hurt-people try to accept each other’s love, while thinking they’re not deserving of it. And the boys. Oh my gosh. So stinking cute how they start emulating Sav’s protective streak with Livvy. And Buster. That kid is adorable with his love for animals and the things he says to Sav about eating them.
I was really looking forward to this book’s release, and, except for a few minor spelling errors here or there throughout, it was everything I hoped it would be. I can’t wait to see the crew again, and find out more about Markovich, and maybe Maya, and Definitely the Fox. I’m crossing my fingers, hoping that Laylah has plans to write the Fox’s book sometime in the future, because after seeing him in every book of this series and even a couple in the Montana Daddies series, and his continued hints of getting 2 Littles of his own, I’m gonna need some closure.
I just really loved this book. I’m a complete Stan for this author’s writing, and I’m already counting down the days till her next release.
Just so satisfying.
Re-Read: 10/10/22 4.6 stars. I seriously Can Not wait for the Fox’s book to come out. I am Dying to know who he ends up with.
Savage Daddy is here, and i was lucky enough to get the ARC of this wonderful story! Giving an honest review in return is easy, because i love Laylah’s Daddies and Sav is special.
I’ve been waiting for Sav to find his own little,a sweet girl to brighten up his life. And Livvy is the right kind of sweet for him, even with her troubled past. She brings out the protector in him,and that’s exactly what he needs! Even if he doesn’t think he deserves her…..
After her sister died,Livvy took her kids as far away from her brother-in-law as she could. That awful man wasn’t fit to have kids, and didn’t even care about them. She did her best to give Ethan,Buster and baby Wyatt what they needed, but it was hard without enough money to spend on them. Her new neighbor was a temptation she didn’t need, but her fantasy disagreed…and the more she saw of him,the more her fantasy ran away with her! When he started helping her,she couldn’t help but wonder what the catch was. Because there was no way mr. Sexy & Mysterious was into her, right?
When Sav found a bunny in his garden,he warned the kid next door that the next time he saw it,he’d eat it. Looking at his shocked face, and the same expression on his mother’s,he felt like a jerk. She looked sweet, but tired and stirred his protective side. Finding out she was in fact their aunt, and finding out to what lenghts she went to make them happy? Thát made him angry….at the kids father for forcing them into this struggle to survive. Sure, his past was dark, and he’d done things he shouldn’t have, but this?
Before long,Sav is a part of their life, and even though he still didn’t feel good enough for her,he planned to be the Daddy she needed. Livvy was worried he’d wake up,see the trouble they were, and leave them. Leave her…. He was too good for her,she knew that, but she planned to be the best little he could wish for. The boys may have been a little hesitant at first, but when Sav keeps showing them he cares, they warm up to him.
All good you’d think, right? If only…. Their friends might like to see them together, other people will do anything to sabotage their budding relationship! Will their evil plans succeed? Is all hope lost,or is there someone that can save the day….
Sav is such a wonderful guy, sweet, protective, caring…. He may think he’s bad,but what he did to make him think that, was with véry good reason! He really deserves a sweet little girl like Livvy, and the way he is with those kids? It’s no miracle they like him the way they do! And Livvy….she may think she’s not loveable, and a bother, but she’s the exact opposite! The things she does for those boys, the sacrifices she makes for them…. And her little is só adorable,i love her!
In short,i loved seeing these two halves make a beautiful whole. The tlc that Laylah gave these two damaged souls was heartwarming and i enjoyed their story,a lot! …..and i enjoyed seeing a certain person again,too…..
Family is everything in this series, and Savage Daddy is no exception. Some very cute and clued in boys, a savage Daddy, and a traumatised, struggling Little makes for an excellent story.
Romance genre: MC; DD/lg Series: MC Daddies Length: 435 pages
Plot: Livvie is struggling. She gained kinda-custody of her three nephews when her sister died, but now she has to deal with not having enough money or a decent place to live or enough food, not to mention the kids' dad and her mom's boyfriend, both of whom are awful people. Engter her neighbor, Sav. She tries to be nice to him, but he is the surliest neighbor ever. He rebuffs all of her attempts to become friendly, until he realizes she needs help. Little by little, he works his way into her life until they realize that this could be something more, something special.
Commentary: I hated the miscommunication in this one. Not hated that the author put it in there, but hated that poor Sav had to feel so rejected, and really it was just a bug. And Livvie? How long can someone live under those conditions? I was so glad when Sav essentially forced her to accept some help because she was not going to make it much longer. I really do love this series. I was glad, though, that we didn't spend too much time with the other couples, because I always hate it when a new couple's book is taken over by a previous couple - it doesn't seem fair.
Sav wants to just work and be left alone, but his neighbor soon becomes enmeshed in his life. I love Livvy so much. She has taken in her three nephews after her sister's death and she's slowly breaking under the weight of all her responsibilities. Sav may be a big bad biker, but he's just what she needs and I love how she's not afraid of him and just knows he's going to protect her. We get to see the Fox in this story and get a bit more insight into him and his road to try to do better and be good, at least as much as he can. And we see a few of our familiar favorites from the previous stories as well.

This is the seventh in the author's series about motorcycle daddies and their littles. Though the MMC and some secondary characters appeared in previous books, the relationship starts in this one. Note: The author provides triggers, which are always welcome. The Age Play is relatively mild (bottles, pacifiers).
This was difficult for me to rate and not for the first time I wish GR offered half stars. On the one hand, it was impossible to resist the alternately tough and tender Sav: on parole for , he never expected anything good to happen to him. He certainly never expected to become a daddy (in all senses of the word) to his neighbor and the three young nephews she's caring for. The boys are adorable and have distinct personalities, and I liked that for this genre the relationship was a relatively slow burn.
That said, I couldn't take Livvy's Book of Job life. Not only did her sister die and leave her with three young children, but also the children's father, her stepfather, her ex-boyfriend, her boss -- hell, even the mechanic -- were so awful to her that you have to wonder how any of them had gotten this far in life without landing in jail. It's not a matter of what happened to this girl, but what didn't happen. I simply couldn't take all the melodrama that Ms. Roberts piled on here; Sav's constant pulling away was repetitive; and, after a while, this book became a slog to get through -- which was too bad because the characters were likable (one of the author's strengths is how protective her MCs are) and you do root for the MC to get their HEA.
3 stars. I was disappointed that I didn't like this better than I did. I really wish authors realized that more is often off-puttingly too much. Note: A couple of characters introduced here look like they may be more interesting; the next book will be a crossover with Montana Daddies; and it's always nice to .
This was my first ddlg book, now it’s not my type of kink I thought this was more of a dominant and submissive relationship not like actual age play. But the story especially in the beginning was interesting once they started getting into their role playing I did skip many parts and the female main character just had way too much going on…a dismal in distress to the tenth power
No plot spoilers There are some potential triggers relating to assault, kidnap and slavery. The characterisation is good, which Laylah Roberts never fails to deliver. The plotline is engaging enough to keep you turning the pages. I think I found the dialogue and progression a bit formulaic and overworked. If you take away the few pages of individual storyline and change the names the book would read like most of the authors other books. I understand the underlying drive for the genre, I do, but I do think there are way too many pages devoted to the sex scenes. They are all much the same and by this point in the series I skip them. I will purchase the next book in the series because it's Markovitch' story and he has intrigued me since entering the series, but the only other book I will purchase will be the Fox, again, he is entertaining. I just hope the author can keep their odd personalities whilst giving them a voice. I gave four stars simply because of the continuity of the series. I have no problem recommending the series to fans of the genre but would advise reading from the beginning to obtain the best reading experience.
Where to start, theres so much to say about this story, which i really loved. I thought Savage was a hoot really, he really did try his best not to get involved with Livvy and her nephews, he really did. But how can one resist a women who needs help and especially Buster who really is a delight. Livvy, she is one very strong women, although she doesnt think so. She has so much on her plate and she is constantly tired.
Sav is there to help and soon he knows she his his little and will help with any problem she has ,which includes the kids father and not to forget the fox once more is called upon. This really deserves more than a five star, i really reccomend this.
What a great addition to the Iron Shadows' growing Daddy population! Save and his grumpiness is challenged by his girl next door neighbor and her three young nephews. Buster was a hoot and Ethan was you typical old soul in a young body. The plotline was very entertaining and old favorites show up for a good time, love it!

Laylah Roberts does it again! I fell in love with the boys and I fell in love with Sav and Livvy. I adore this series so much and can't wait to see where we go next.
« Tu vas continuer à me frapper ? demanda Sav.
« Tu allais manger Cinnabun !
"Tu as raison. Je-je vais garder un œil sur eux deux de plus près. Je promets."
Génial, maintenant elle semblait penser qu'il la critiquait.
Éloignez-vous. Mettez fin à cette conversation ridicule.
« Euh, je suis Livvy, au fait. Ravi de vous rencontrer!"
Vraiment? Il ne la croyait pas, mais il hocha la tête puis déverrouilla sa porte. 🖋️
What a fantastic read, great characters and wonderful plot totally riveting
I do not want to spoil this simply riveting read so will be careful not to give too much away about this absolutely fantastic book by Laylah Roberts, it is at times a real heart wrenching read and the actual reality is humbling as I imagine people will be able to relate to some parts of this story in some way.
Livvy has been caring for her three nephews Wyatt since their mother was killed in a motor accident which their father who is a drug addict, drunk and violent lowlife survived and also even more unbelievable, or perhaps not as the case may be had been a serving police officer. The home they are living in is in a bad area but she works so hard to ensure that the three wonderful boys have as much as she can provide, they never go hungry and they know they are dearly love she would die to protect them,
Their next-door neighbour who has recently moved in is a giant of a man covered in tattoos, he keeps himself to himself and seems the mean and moody type and yet on several occasions he has helped the boys and even helped Livvy when her car had broken down and he had seen them walking home in the late evening by giving them a ride and offering the use of his van.
When the family start to get to know Sav they realise that he is a real great guy who helps with the boys, they are Wyatt 6-Month-old, Buster 5 years and Wyatt 8 Years old, going on thirty who never seems to miss anything. He even steps in and cares for Livvy and the boys when she is ill.
Unfortunately, there in trouble on the horizon for Livvy and when Sav steps in he almost is falsely arrested but she explains what had occurred and the person concerned is arrested.
The Iron Shadows are an MC club who are Daddy Doms and it is obvious that Livvy has a Little side she has never had a chance to allow to thrive, Sav is determined it’s about time she started to have a little time and things for herself and steps in.
As their relationship builds and the five of them become a family they are warmly embraced within the MC and there is no shortage of child minders if needed. I do not want to say any more other than there is plenty more dram on the horizon and I assure you that once you begin reading you will not be able to put this book down until the last page.
I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Reading Laylah Roberts always makes me so happy and the stories are so intense I can’t put them down. It’s been awhile since I read the earlier books in this series but I know I loved every single one of the couples so far. I had forgotten about the ongoing story with the Fox and I think he is my favorite part so I’m so happy he made an appearance near the end to save the girl. Catching the little glimpses of him make me love him even more each time and as he redeems himself and learns right from wrong, I root for him to find his own Little and HEA.
I had a few annoyances as the book went on, mostly there were WAY too many bad/ psycho men in this poor woman’s life😳. She had a terrible ex-boyfriend she talks about a lot (this alone would have been plenty). Her dad supposedly walked out and left her when she was young, then he was replaced by an awful abusive step-father who continued to torment this poor woman. Her sister repeated the pattern by marrying a complete loser who constantly stops by to steal from, and threaten our heroine. She is tricked into thinking a man Sav hired to help her is asking for payment through sex, then when she refuses he scams $500. from her. She is stalked & assaulted by a co-worker who expected physical payment for a ‘date’. She is kidnapped by a biker/ gang who sells her into a slave auction, all orchestrated by yet a final terrible man who seems to be virtually untouchable. Geez! I kinda get the idea to mislead the reader and make them wonder who the real bad guy is, but I would need some serious therapy if I were this woman… and I would be DONE with men altogether if I encountered so many terrible men in my life!! LOL
My other annoyance is one that’s been ongoing and is just a personal taste issue. There is so freaking much daddy-Little time. It’s cute and super sweet but pacifiers and baby bottles are not my thing, personally, so I wish there was at least a few more steamy scenes to play off. There’s no way someone would turn down an adorable woman begging to give a blowjob but this guy turned them down constantly and would just get up and goto work or whatever, like he didn’t care if he ever got it on with his woman. I just think that’s a bit weird for a guy, like, any guy… like I was aching for his poor blue balls🤣 but such is the theme to this series and I love soooo much abut this series and characters that I can overlook it, I mean hey, they’re not my balls, man…
I loved seeing a Big/Little relationship with 3 young kids in tow
Sav and Livvy are amazing! I loved watching these two get together. The story around them is so strong! The kids are amazing and have these beautiful personalities.
It’s so incredible seeing this relationship work with a single mom (who’s really a single aunt with not so clear custody) and three little boys. She’s so overworked and exhausted, but still just killing it. Being the incredible woman she needs to be. Then her neighbor Sav starts to actually talk to her and he realizes he wants to be there for her.
The moments of seeing them decide to be together were lovely. Seeing him open up to her and her accept his help was lovely. Sav has some incredible lines! Also, the fact that once it was decided it was decided was fantastic. There was no ‘maybe we’ll make this work’. Once they were all in, they were all in.
My only complaint with this one involved the moments after they got together. I didn’t like how long he made her wait to make things physical. It felt like he denied her a lot and it took me out of the story. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I was devouring the book before then and found myself stepping away a few times because I didn’t find their smexy life fulfilling. I still loved the story though.
Also, if Brody isn’t one of the Fox’s little’s I’m going to be devastated. And this book clearly hints that the Fox has been watching Brody AND the Fox mentions that he’s thinking about having a little or littles. With an S. So, I’m hoping it’s Brody and another little. Perhaps Sav’s sister Greer. I don’t know. But I can’t wait for freaking October for the Fox’s book.
*Spoilers* Livvy takes care of her three adoreable but very lively nephews after the sudden death of her sister. She struggles hard. Two boys who attent school and one baby, a father who does not care about the children but threatens her for money for custody and many more going on in her life. Then there is her next door neighbour, a sexy biker, who seems to be out of her world. But slowly they get to know each other and find out that they are to fitting puzzles, but they have to go through a lot of troubles from outside and inside. Savage is troubled by his past, still being on parole and thinking he is no good to be a proper daddy, but his little needs him to be strong and also his dark parts... Puh, I love Laylah Robert's stories and this is another great one. Bubbles and her daddy really have to endure a lot, but it makes them stronger. I loved how Sav protected his Livvy so fiercely and melted my heart how good and sweet he was with the children. How he bribed Wyatt, the baby, so that he could take care of him. How he was a father figure for the children and the daddy for Livvy. How the friends stood together, we of course meet the whole gang and even the fox makes an appearrance. It made me cry and laugh, turn the pages and bite my lip in anticipation. It is also steamy and heart melting, but be careful also very addictive!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
DNF. Wow that was bad. There wasn’t a plot. just loads and loads of thinking, and him constantly punishing her for everything!
I hated this book! I’m so disappointed as I really liked Sav in the last book. He seemed a really nice guy. Livvy is another one with a depressing life and men everywhere that want sex or money off her, or both.
Livvy lives next door to Sav, with her three nephews. Life is really hard for her, as she has no money, and she can hardly afford to eat. The author really wanted to emphasise how poor Livvy is, so she always wears baggy threadbare dresses. To work in a library at a college?????? Oh come on!! So her bosses are okay with her dressing like that??? 😂😂 That’s when she goes to work. She phones in sick an awful lot. She had just gone back to work after taking time off for her nephews, then she has a cold, then there’s something else and something else. I don’t know how she’s still got a job!
Once Sav gets over being not good enough for her, (Here we go again.) they have sex CONSTANTLY! If they’re not having sex he’s punishing her, (Slapping her arse.) for everything. Making too much noise during sex, slap, demanding he go faster during sex, slap slap, getting off the settee without asking him, slap! It’s ridiculous.
I got to 83% and couldn’t take it anymore. Worst one of the series.
I was completely invested in this story by Ms. Roberts. Her unique ability to bring believability to her characters with all of their emotional turmoil is a gift. The plot has the characters teetering on a fine edge back and forth until they come together in an epic fusion. Mind you, it was a bumpy ride for all involved. As expected the Fox made a cameo appearance, but I would have liked him to play a bigger role.
I have been waiting for Sav’s story and was not disappointed. His hard exterior was the cover for a soft heart when it came Livvy. I loved how to cared for the boys even cleaning out Cinnabun’s cage to keep Buster happy. Who knew a family man was lurking inside Sav. A man who would protect, defend and take care of his family at all cost.
My heart ached for Livvy and her struggle for self-worth was hard to read. The men in her life had not been kind, leaving her cautious. The last thing she needed was a grumpy, sexy neighbor telling her what to do. If only she knew he was exactly what she needed.
This book was exactly what I needed on a wet and rainy day. I felt the emotions, confusion, and untapped desires as this couple struggled with their relationship. Both were able to put their past behind them and forge a new family unit together.
Sav just wanted a quiet life - ok work, cold beer, sleep and repeat was boring, but he didn't want any excitement. But his next-door neighbour was determined to bring trouble to his life no matter what. Livvy Carlson was a mess and caring for her three young nephews wasn't a walk in the park even before she added in her job, studies and a colleague who didn't understand the word no. What she had never imagined was that the help that she so desperately needed would come from the sexy tattooed grumpy biker next door who was also constantly bossing her around, threatening to put her over his knee and frequented her dreams. Every time Sav spoke to her in that commanding voice, she found herself wanting to kneel at his feet and call him Daddy
I enjoyed this story with the strong and angry biker who was so helpful and commanding to his neighbour that he soon became a part of their family. I loved the way that he was able to cope with the three nephews and had won over all of them. I loved the way that he was only a bad guy through circumstances but he was actually a bossy dominant guy who wasn't really that violent unless his loved ones were threatened. Easy to read and understand. Contains mature content of a BDSM DDLG nature.
“Because she wasn’t just beautiful. She was the f*cking moon in the dark night, guiding you home, giving you hope, providing some light.”
Sav is a relatively new addition to the MC Daddies books having briefly met him in the last book so his story is relatively unknown and at the beginning of the book he does come across as a bit of an ass. Whilst people are normally quick to jump to conclusions and judge Bikers negatively he certainly has enough of his own presumptions and judgements about his neighbour.
I absolutely love the way this story focussed on a family aspect rather than the whole damsel in distress route that earlier bookshave gone down. Whilst the other women in previous books had no real responsibilities so were able to let their Daddy take over Livvy doesn’t have that luxury and has three children to take care of so it’s interesting to see how having young children and a family can run alongside a Daddy/Little dynamic.
The way Sav is with the children is heart warming and I loved how each child came out of their shells in a different way with him because their acceptance was the most important thing for the relationship.
Definitely more storyline than spice but there are some ultra sweet moments in this book that make it a great read,

Wow another great book by Laylah Roberts, the storyline was incredible between the neighbours the characters were awesome. Aidan Savage known as Sav is on parole he moved to a quiet area so he didn't get disturbed, he is a Daddy Dom but believes he is not good enough. Livvy is single and has three children she started looking after them when her sister died in a car accident yet the father of the children didn't want them, she had countless arguments with him. Her car broke down so she had to walk home with the three children and some bags when her next door neighbour seen them walking he pulled over to see what was the matter with the car, he called a friend of his to tow and see what it would cost to fix he ended up walking with them to make sure they were safe and carried a few things for them. Sav would just grump to be left alone when someone tried to talk to him. If you want to know the rest you would have to purchase the book you won't be disappointed. . I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Seriously are these bikers werewolves, because they seem to imprint themselves on every available Little? It's like Daddy Doms are waiting for their fated mate. DD/LG romances have become so much more appealing.
“You think you’re too scary for me. Too dark and rough. But you don’t get it.” “Get what?” “That you’re exactly what I need.”
Aah I may have skipped a couple of books in this series to get to Savage Daddy, but it was exactly what I was in the mood for. A young woman now the sole guardian to her 3 nephews, and the surly neighbour who doesn’t want to get involved but can’t help himself.
This is what happens when you threaten to eat Cinnabun, a small defenseless bunny; you grump! Now you’ve been sucked in, and the damsel in distress could really use some help. And doesn’t that call to your daddy instincts?
I liked it! It was still chessy but I adore heroes coming to the rescue especially when it features small children who could use a hero. Sav was a big broody darling, yet he was Livvy’s biggest champion once he pulled his head out of his ass!
In Laylah Robert’s Savage Daddy readers reconnect with the Iron Shadow MC in this eighth installment in her Motorcycle Daddies series. Once again readers connect with the men of Iron Shadow MC and their women. Ms. Robert focuses on the romantic journey of Aiden Savage and Olivia “Livvy” Carlson as they go from next door neighbors to a loving couple. Ms. Lyndon pens another charming age play, biker-romantic suspense story. Her characters are complex and multi-layered. I appreciated the way she added a bit of suspense with the trio of antagonists--Dale, Neil Morgan, and Legend Jones. Through the inclusion their actions, her plot tension flows appropriately. It is satisfying to discover that justice does prevail. Additionally, Ms. Lyndon's skill with literary devices such as dialog, point of view, and descriptive language positively contributed to the flow and pacing of her plot. All these elements contribute to making this story credible. If you enjoy HEA, then you should get this book. Happy Reading!
Sav wanted to be left alone and to live a quiet life. That is until he met his next-door neighbor, and his life changed. Livvy's life is chaotic and loud, and she has three kids that need her. Her life is far from quiet or fair. However, she is doing the best she can.
Sav knows that he should stay away from her. He wants to be alone, but he can't help how she makes him feel, and his need to take care of her is what keeps him going. His bossiness and alpha attitude bring her piece, and she craves his dominance.
Sav and Livvy are perfect for each other. He helps her and learns to build a friendship with the kids. They need a strong male figure to help their aunt and give them the good male influence they need to survive.
Savage Daddy teaches us to never judge a book by its cover. Sav is a biker with an attitude and a heart of gold. Livvy is a single aunt that dropped everything to love and protect her nephews, and she fights to keep them safe. Love and family are essential, and we need everything to keep them happy and protected. A must-read gem you will love.
This story is about a guy named Aidan Savage (Sav). All he wants is to work and to drink beers 🍺 and rest. He thinks that’s all he wants until he meets her….Livvy Carlson. Livvy is a mess with trying to take care of her nephews and working and struggling to make ends meet. She meets Sav and he is the big bad Daddy that she wants. Sav doesn’t think that he is good enough for her or her boys. He fights his attraction to her by staying away. Then she gets hurt by a guy that she works with. Sav decides that he wants his Little and her boys. Livvy doesn’t know that she is a Little until he starts pampering her and buying her Little things like bibs, bottles and such. I like how he bought things for the boys as well. He takes care of Livvy and the boys. She does get kidnapped in this story but is rescued by a guy known as The Fox 🦊 who rescues her. I loved Livvy, her nephews and Sav who was a grump but Sweet to her and the boys. I loved reading this book.
Adian Savage is one hot Motorcycle Daddy Dom! Lizzie his next door neighbor in his current duplex thinks he is Mr.S&M. Smexy and Mysterious, also a bit on the grumpy side of the fence! This story has a whole lot going for it!! Action, fierce, tender, scary with lots of heart and steamy! Everything you can want in a DD/lg story. She is overworked, overwhelmed and over stressed! She takes care of everyone but herself. I really loved this story! And it has a few of our favorite characters from the MC daddies show up with their significant others! Millie, Sunny, Jewel and Betsy all make an appearance! If your a fan of this author you’ll love this book. Even if you just love DD/lg stories you will still love this book. I think this storyline was more on the real life side than most with the circumstances that Lizzy was going through. It made getting their HEA even more fulfilling!!
This is about gruff Sav, and his neighbors- struggling Livvy, and her three boys. I liked grumpy Sav, sweet and trying so hard- Livvy, and her three nephews- serious Ethan, rambuctious Buster, and clingy baby Wyatt. I love that this small family finally gets some deserved happiness and that the boys will grow up very protective and respectful of women. Another biker hero for our group, and another debt owed to the very sneaky and resourceful "Fox"; smile. Can't wait for another MC Daddies story.
What didn't fit was the baby bottles, sippy cups, bibs, and pacifiers, around three young, very curious boys and no place to put the stuff. Also the fact that she kept her job after so much absenteeism, was stretching the truth a little too far. Sav's job- not so much. And the sudden addition of Maya with Ricky, at the end was confusing- she needed a reminder note. I couldn't remember who she was.
This is a ddlg story about a little who puts her needs aside completely to become mom to her nephews who recently lost their mother. She's brave, fierce and selfless which means she puts herself last until her neighbour starts noticing her and taking to her. Her neighbour: a daddy. He becomes not only her protector but also the father figure the kids need. Coming from a broken marriage and recently gone through a bad separation I could relate to so many feelings of the female leader character. That's the thing about Layla: she's amazing like that, no matter how fantastic, kinky, dreamy the story is she makes it relatable somehow or from some angle. Beautiful storytelling and as always couldn't put it down until I fell asleep nacking myself with the phone in the face. :)) Laylah makes amazing stories with little connections in between. I feel like I've "seen" this stories so far, that's how well she describes the events. Love her work!
“I think there’s always been something missing and it wasn’t until I met you that I realized what that piece was. It’s you.”
Laylah Roberts is one of my favorite authors and I am honored to have been given this ARC in exchange for my honest review! Savage Daddy is book seven of seven in a series of interconnected standalones.
Sav is a member of Iron Shadows MC and has recently gotten out of prison. Livvy is trying her best to raise her three nephews after the death of her sister. When Livvy finds trouble knocking at her door her grumpy next door neighbor, Sav, is there to help her.
This book has action, angst, humor, a hot, tattooed biker daddy and spice all wrapped up with an HEA! And of course, a visit from The Fox! Thank you Laylah for the opportunity to read this ARC and for another great read! I can’t wait for the next one!
