Best book in the series so far!
All of the books in this series are great. This one is, so far, to me at least, the best! It had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. The highs were breathtaking; the lulls were perfect—not so long they caused the pace to drag, not so short as to feel rushedddThe characters are well-drawn. i do wish a prununciation guide was provided for some of the characters' names. My roommate and I are reading the series aloud to each other, and some of the names are quite tricky to get 'round the tongue, especially when you never know if you got it right. I know, it's our book and we can pronounce the names however we want; still, I'd love to know how the author intended the names to be pronounced. Still, this is an incredibly minor quibble. this series is wonderful, and this particular installment has got me sallivating for the next one!

I just love what the author Marc Secchia has created with this series. This time love has really bloomed. Keir has his Azuzi, his cousin Rhyl has her Prince Zyran and the giant General Ja'xxu stumbles across her ex lover, the giant Nabu. Nabi wins back the love of Ja"xxu. Then they have to get permission from their families to wed.
Things work out and they are on their way to the giant citadel of Barûd-dûm-Layura. There they start to get the training they really need. They even get to another Mother tree but.... Will the Giants unite and help with the war?
I received this book as a beta reader. I really like the whole series and I know you will also.
