George Soros is a modern-day ‘hood who funds anarchists, and radical leftists who will take to the streets and agitate with threats and violence. Soros has no national boundaries, he works globally and tries to destabilize democratically elected governments, political parties and organizations that believe in conservative values that are deemed harmful for racial and ethnic minorities. He has spent nearly 32 billion dollars using his personal charity, the Open Society fund. He has emerged as the biggest supporter of Islamists worldwide promoting antisemitism, and Hinduphobia. He uses the political action committee (PAC) in United States that pools campaign contributions from members and donates them to campaigns for or against specific candidates, ballot initiatives, or legislation. PACs are formed to represent business, labor, or ideological interests to privately spend for a political campaign. Much of Soros funds has gone to promote the values of democratic party in the United States, and in fact, he became the biggest individual benefactor of Biden in the 2020 U.S. Presidential race. He has become a modern-day bogeyman for the funding leftists who want to burn American Constitution. They seek to undermine the war on terror, destabilize America, and effect radical "regime change" at every level of the democratic system.
Soros's Open Society Foundation has challenged the democratic policies of Israel in international forums. He has funded non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are critical of Israeli policies including groups that campaign for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions against Israel, and supporting terrorist activities of Palestinians. In India, George Soros is not just a philanthropist or a savvy investor, but he is the 21st century avatar of capitalism, wealth-creation, and benevolence leading to economic dependence and cultural decimation by funding Islamists and leftists who are openly advocating to revolt against a democratically elected government.

I have come to rely on Matt Palumbo for the most current and most important information on what is going on in the world. This book did not let me down. If you don't know anything about George Soros besides he is rich you NEED to know everything. Matt does not hold back. He does not judge but he does question, something we ALL should be doing. The things this man has his hands in should scare every single American, Republican, Democratic and all those in between. Soros sees himself as a God, not the authors suggestion....MINE. Soros has even stated as such and he wishes to control everything happening in this country and the rest of the world. His agenda is to cause mayhem and disrupt law and order. He is, in my opinion, the devil incarnate. And it is up to us to beat him back. We have done it before we can do it again. Thank you Matt for another winner. I learn more from you than any "journalist". I look forward to your next lesson.

This book is excellent. It methodically lays out the funding mechanism Soros uses to influence not only other countries, but his influence over the elected officials here in the USA. Every American voter should read this book. Every election counts, not just on the national level. George Soros has his hands in every local school board election to who you pick for judges and local prosecutors. Knowledge is power. Read this book.

This is a thorough investigation into the activities of George Soros and his use of millions of dollars to influence organizations, politicians and even countries. He is quite interesting in an evil sort of way. However, this is not the full story as it does not really delve into what makes this man tick. Still, this book is enough to give the reader a lot of insight in the Soros organization and is worth the time spent reading it. Stay away from the Audible version as the endless reference to footnotes is extremely annoying. There are almost 700 of them and it is a bore to listen to to them.

Putting "read" since I am skipping all around while reading. Virtually ALL of our government is corrupted by this b-tard. This will take awhile to read, because I keep getting angry and have to stop, take a break. EVERY American needs to read this. And it should be starting with L.A. Mayor IDIOT Garcetti, who thinks Soros funding reparations is a "good idea." NEVER have we had as incompetent a Mayor as he is. Ever. Even the overtly corrupt Frank Shaw, who was recalled - and Fletcher Bowron had to come in and remove the stink.

This books proves what I suspected for years; Soros is an evil person. The shadow government he has been pushing at a world level is mind numbing. The amount of funding is astronomical. If Osama bin laden was the leading financial contributor to terrorism in the Middle East, George Soros is the same for political corruption worldwide. Soros, one of the most powerful and corrupt and oligarchs in the world, is a genius when it comes to deceit and manipulation, the means by which he obtained his billions in wealth and then accumulated his power and influence.
Soros' antisemitic behavior and hostility toward Israel is ignored due to the fact that he himself was born a Hungarian Jew, a fact that Soros heavily exploits to make himself appear as a minority and "victim" of antisemitism. Therefore, those who are critical of George Soros are labeled as "antisemitic".
Falsely portrayed by the gushing media as a "philanthropist", he has donated millions to the presidential campaigns of Hillary, Obama, Biden, and many other presidential and local political campaigns around the world. To create the facade of his charitable philanthropy, he donates to causes that support his political goals and has founded many organizations, giving them innocuous sounding names to perform his dirty work, lobby politicians, destroy his opponents and act as a front to spread misinformation, and to bribe support from government officials willing to commit various abuses of power for his benefit and the advancement of his so called "Open Societies", a corrupt NGO he uses to meddle in and influence elections worldwide.

A study in evil. His apprenticeship started as a teenager assisting the Nazis evicting Jews in Eastern Europe from their homes and confiscating their property. From this brutal beginning, for which he showed no remorse he embarked on a lifelong crusade to create wealth thru the nefarious financial practices that destroyed many countries' economies and brought governments to their knees.
His "Open Society" organization is anything but a promoter of democracy, his Modus Operandi is undermining a country's economy, buying out its assets at fire sale prices, indebting the government, and thereby forcing their compliance to his political ideology.
Well researched book is highly recommended for those wanting to understand who is financing and Liberal & Democratic Parties in North America and Europe pushing leftwing ideology, identity politics, and cultural marxism that is permeating globally.

An overview of the many tentacles of that globe-spanning octopus, George Soros. He's a narcissistic sociopath with delusions of godhood determined to reshape the world to match his own vision of an "open society" – a multicultural, neoliberal new world order. Though focusing on the post-Soviet regions, Western Europe, and the USA, the great beast buys influence everywhere. A weltering amount of NGOs, universities, media outlets, and politicians comprise his criminal enterprise. Soros hates nationalism and tradition with a burning passion, and he weaponizes his vast, ill-gotten fortune to fund social unrest and color revolutions. His sole aim is to destroy all civilizations and usher in the end of history.

Reading this book was like drinking water from a firehose. Page upon page upon page on the diabolical machinations of such a twisted, sinister mind. (“It was OK to do X, because someone else just would have done it.”) Okaaaay . . . . It is already difficult to wrap my head around what the heck Soros is up to . . . (is he into control & destruction just for control & destruction’s sake; for power? for money? Just to prove he can?) He wants to advance an agenda that somehow stands for no moral right or wrong, yet he is determined that he must do this (ergo, is it right?) which is a complete contradiction of the premise. So, you see, a diabolical mind at best; a psychopath at worst.
The book was a little disappointing in that it seemed to have been published in a hurry; there are lots of typos and sentences that are difficult to parse. I wish Palumbo had taken the time to describe or explain certain things in better detail for the average reader, i.e. how Soros orchestrated the financial dealings that destroyed institutions, etc.
The good news is that the book ends on a high note. Many governments and institutions are enacting laws prohibiting the influence of Soros money. (Can you imagine being so evil that there are laws named specifically after you?) There is also a list of Soros-funded organizations, (that should include their acronyms, but does not in this printing), many of which will be familiar to lots of people. (Amnesty International? Who knew?)
Being informed is not always fun, but it is useful.

He uses pawns of the world to mold countries into his twisted ideologies. Hillary Clinton was one but failed to get elected and fulfill his goals. Joe Biden is very malleable and is on the way to inject Soros’s goals: such as defending police and injecting progressive DA’s and AG’s lenient to criminals, open borders without restrictions, establishing universities disregarding true science for social sciences, controlling and influencing some of major media outlets like New York Times, CNN, NPR and promoting abortions to decrease populations for social inequality.
The author uses quotes from Soros’s own books and documents all the quotes. If there is any flaw with this book it is the amazing amount of figures that Soros has spent that is overwhelming to comprehend and focus on!

To understand who funds and orchestrates much of the anti-American political activism here in the U.S. and around the globe in recent decades, you should read this book.
The overhauling of our political processes, justice and education systems, debates about economics and foreign policy, and biased media coverage of current events; the sponsoring of radical Leftist candidates for offices high and low; the pulling of strings in major American cities, and the internet, and across the world - so much of it can be traced back to outsized contributions of wealth and vision on the part of one man: George Soros.
Read this book, and understand the scope of one man's ambition, and how it's affected much of the political landscape behind the scenes, through careful maneuvering and generous donations of ill-gotten gains to affect something like an effort at world domination and revolution.

Lots of Information
I had a pretty good idea of how well invested Soros was in our world. I think this book is important to read, but it is a challenge because of how dense it is. I kept hoping for some input on how to have help or to stop this madman, but it really is only just the information. I appreciate the appendices that list individually all the organizations and the names that he has funded to some degree. Again I think this is a very important book to read, just wish there was not just so much bone and a little bit more meat .

This book is not a long book at all! I found that I could only read it in short bits because I would get so angry at what this man has and is still doing! Very dangerous and even though he is in his 90s he has been grooming others for when he passes on.

If it weren't for the last two years I would have dismissed G. Soros as one of so many predatory businessman that found out they can do whatever they want with minimum risk, especially in 1990s but also during crisis years in 2010s and 2020s. I mean, he would be neither first nor last with God-syndrome, petty little tyrant enjoying walking over the corpses to gain wealth.
But if anything, last few years have shown how dangerous is influence of non-elected personas on the life and well being of the population of every state and nation on this planet.
And when one such person is very active in a very interesting destabilizing and (security wise) dangerous projects to enforce certain views as predominant ones - that is signal for pause. First, to think this is possible without amen from worldly powers is ridiculous. But after getting acquinted through this book with what must be utterly schizophrenic set of activities that to anyone looking at them can only be seen as way of stirring up ultimate chaos, one question arises - what is the goal here? Causing multiple systems failures in order to get rich? Sounds too shallow IMHO. While maybe most influental i think G. Soros is just one of the wheels in the mechanism.
Something is going on in the world, dramatic changes that have shown elitism of ruling classes (bureaucracy and media/influencers) and how they despise ordinary folk. They behave like French nobility during the revolution, completely unaware of their general insignificance when the masses get upset - entire talk about energy is like Marie Antoinnette's comment on bread vs cakes.
Time will show what is/was going on and books like these one are very important to connect the dots and maybe come to those AHA! monents.
Lots of details in here as this book is more of a register of all areas where G. Soros put his feelers and started dictating terms and conditions (his influence on govermental departments is terrifying). At times due to this book might become somewhat difficult to read, but again keep in mind that this is register, reference book for days to come.
And while we can ridicule quasi religion movements like Scientology, this book very clearly shows how cult of personality can lead to (in lack of better word) zombification of part of society and turning them into uncompromising crusaders. For that I can only say - use your brain and do not follow the masses because that way only destruction can be found. And dont sell yourself for few coins, ever.

After Bill and Melinda Gates the Soros run foundation in the US is number 2.
This book after listing a brief history of Soros's life from WW2 and after ,then his funds manager beginnings and enormous speculation currency successes which he used to set up his foundation Open Society to influence American politics and liberal causes, including LGBT+ and left wing political candidates.
How his campaign funding has put in place Mayors and DA's that have been light on crime and led to increases in crime in those areas they have taken charge.
Even being on speed dial to the Clintons and Bidens though not so much with Obama.
How he also influences throughout the world in places like Ukraine, Moldova, the Catholic Church and UN.
A man who when criticised has his people label criticism as anti semitic even if it's from Jews.
He even has a plan in place for his influence to continue after he's gone and who at 92 has not slowed down.
One has to ask how is this allowed to happen and why are his decisions taken on board and implemented?
From reading this book we can only see negatives from his arbitrary meddling in world affairs.
He claims he was influenced by Karl Popper's book Open Society yet he does the opposite.
Finished this book feeling uncomfortable about Soros's motives.
This book after listing a brief history of Soros's life from WW2 and after ,then his funds manager beginnings and enormous speculation currency successes which he used to set up his foundation Open Society to influence American politics and liberal causes, including LGBT+ and left wing political candidates.
How his campaign funding has put in place Mayors and DA's that have been light on crime and led to increases in crime in those areas they have taken charge.
Even being on speed dial to the Clintons and Bidens though not so much with Obama.
How he also influences throughout the world in places like Ukraine, Moldova, the Catholic Church and UN.
A man who when criticised has his people label criticism as anti semitic even if it's from Jews.
He even has a plan in place for his influence to continue after he's gone and who at 92 has not slowed down.
One has to ask how is this allowed to happen and why are his decisions taken on board and implemented?
From reading this book we can only see negatives from his arbitrary meddling in world affairs.
He claims he was influenced by Karl Popper's book Open Society yet he does the opposite.

This book is very well written. Unlike the good wizard of Oz, George Soros is profound evil and supports taking away the freedoms that generations of good men gave their blood and last ounce to protect for generations. His goal is to turn the USA into a socialist republic like Venezuela and he’ll spend whatever he has to to buy elections all across the country. He is not welcome in his homeland and several other countries because of the man’s desire to control the governments of those countries, and yet, with the backing of the Democratic Party, he’s been allowed to not only stay in the USA, but Soros and his family finance much of the unrest of this country over the last 3-4 years, hoping to break the will of this country to keep us free; speech, religion, military, medical and education. His sons are the same, and since his money will last longer than he will, we can expect that the Soros family will continue the attack on our freedoms!
