This may or may not be a popular book for many bec it is doesn't have pictures and it isn't as visually appealing as a lot of today's cookbooks. I personally have grown to love this because there is a great deal of healthy information to read.
The recipes I've tried have surprised me by how nice they tasted! One soup I made required more seasoning than suggested but it was devoured along with the others. I keep this with my most often used collection of culinary books!
