Santa is missing his most famous reindeer and he has a tough time finding them. Readers will love the intricate pop-ups as Santa searches for his reindeer, though some may find the book too anxiety-inducing with the emphasis being on Santa's poor vision.

For: readers looking for a Christmas book with a guessing element.

Possible red flags: poor vision/misunderstandings.

A fun pop-up that brings Santa to life. Will he ever find Rudolph? In the end Santa receives the perfect gift. Will have kids guessing.

I found this at our library in their display of Christmas books.
I know we haven't even had thanksgiving yet and I'm reading this super early to her but it's not often I find an pop up book at my library that is still in one piece like this one was and I didn't notice it was from the creators of The Wide-Mouthed Frog until we got home and read it which is great because I love reading books by authors we already ready especially if we enjoyed them.

The elves work in their shop. They make toys for the girls and boys. They work hard in the shop to make sure the toys are ready to give as gifts. They make Santa a gift by giving him mittens.
