My sister bought this for me as a coffee table book, and for that, it is perfect. Visually beautiful with creative and artsy collages to inspire some fun dreams. The book shares many random tidbits about sleep in a lighthearted, whimsical prose, that's great for bedtime reading, but at a surface level. I kept finding myself asking why or wanting more information. It's prompted me to finally borrow Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, which they drew inspiration from, and has been on my To Read list forever.
