Great for early readers!
Here's what just a few parents who purchased the book are
"Fun story and a night time favorite!" "My daughter asks for this book almost every night! The story is cute, fun and warm. The illustrations are great! Now we want a cute little frog." Gregory L
"FUNNY!" In my 6 years old son's words 1) I liked how the boy (Nate) tricked him (Caden) 2) I think my friend Connor would like this book Eliza
"Little Boys Love Frogs" This was the cutest book ever!! I bought it to read to my grandson. I forgot how much fun it would be for a little boy to see that cute little frog on the cover. It was just amazing how his his eyes lit up when he saw that frog peaking out from the grass!! He finally settled down enough so that we could read the book together but when we were done all he wanted to do was to go out and find a frog of his own!! He really loves the story and kept asking about Walter's family. I had a lot of explaining to do with that because it's starting to get cold and frogs are few and far between this time of the year. I think we've already read this book at least a half a dozen times if not more. He's put it on his nightstand so it's there when he goes to bed and when he wakes up. I hope there's a sequel so we can see if "Walter" comes back to visit again. Great job for a first time author!! Amazon Customer
"Cute book!" I ordered 3 copies of this book to give to my great nephews and granddaughter. The books arrived when expected, and in excellent condition. The art work is great - bright colors and fun drawings. This is a fun story that young children will enjoy having read to them. Ages of children these were purchased for range from 2 to 4 yrs. I believe the story would be enjoyed by children up to 8 yrs at least. Amazon Customer
"Fun story celebrating friendships and adventure!" As an elementary art teacher I’m always looking for ways to inspire my students. This story highlights the importance of friendship and community. When we work together to solve life’s problems it makes everything better! I also enjoyed the illustrator’s use of forced perspective and gestural work with the characters. The excitement is seen in each diverse expression. I think kids will connect with this story. Elementary School Teacher

Free on Kindle and was read as a bedtime story for my grandchildren. They both loved it!! Cute story with colorful pictures to keep the children's attention.
My 7rs old son loved reading this with me! He loves anything to do with frogs and bugs, all the tiny creatures, so I thought he’d like this and it was a hit. The story itself was sweet and simple with a funny little twist, perfect for my kiddo. I hope we see more about Walter! Ribit, ribit!
It’s getting harder and harder to find children’s books that are a fun story rather then a tool for teaching virtues. Don’t get me wrong, those books are great at doing what they are intended to and we read a lot of them. But I’ve missed nice “bedtime stories” like this one.
A cute, delightful story with inclusive and colorful illustrations that any child can enjoy. The quick adventure of two boys at school with a frog who snuck along with them.
This is a story that will make kids giggle all the way through. It's also got some life-lessons about friendship and empathy. The characters are mixed race, and the illustrations are as beautiful and the story.
Cute story. Kept my sleepy little girl's attention. I don't know if it was the story, beautiful illustration, or my frustration at all the extra work I had to get the words up to be able to read it and see the pictures, then try to get on to the next page.
I loved this so much. The underlying message about respecting nature, the diversity, the giggles (yes the giggles are for the kiddos but I giggled too), the gorgeous illustration- what a treat.
