This is the best book I have read in the 'Hamlyn 200' series so far. I think because the book is based on one type of food rather than every cuisine under the sun, means there are many more recipes that I will be cooking on a regular basis.

The is a good variety of curries in here from the very mild, to the extremely spicy for the more seasoned curry lover! There were also some very tasty starters, sides and breads etc to enhance the curries too.

The only issue I had was that the seafood section seemed very large. This may have been just me though as I'm really not keen on fish dishes, so more than five seafood dishes always seems excessive to me, but that's just personal choice!

A really good book, that I'm sure will have a recipe to suit everyone.

Simple and easy to follow recipes. Great vegetarian selection too. Have already made several recipes from the book and have not been disappointed yet.
