"Sam may say she’s independent, but she likes this; she likes me manhandling her like this."

Uh, yeah. Bear can manhandle me anytime. For reals.

A great story about Bear and Sam from the Whiskey Run Heroes series. No, you needed have read all the other books to read this one but you SHOULD. The series in incredible.

The two operatives must pretend to be a loving husband and wife while they are on a mission. Unfortunately, they both already have feelings for one another. Will playing pretend knock those feelings out into the open? I'll give you a hint. It's a romance novel so, yes. Yes it does.

A great short read that you simply must check out.

"Submit" is the story of Sam and Liam.

A short novella in which collagues who work together, and have repressed feelings of lust finally give into them. Quick read!

You can't give me an ex military giant loner hero who goes by the name Bear and expect me not to love it.

Plus, the 'i loved you from afar' element mixed with a fake marriage trope?
Are you kidding me?
I devoured this baby like I devour my pizza on my cheat day.
Absolutely delicious! :)

It’s an entertaining, swoon-worthy romance that is a joy to read!!

I’m completely amazed at how this author manages to write such amazing romance stories with fantastic characters that I just lose myself in and I just can’t wait to read whatever wonders she dreams up next. It’s an entertaining, swoon-worthy romance that is a joy to read… with sizzling chemistry, compelling characters, punches of humor, and a satisfying happy ever after. Just loved it. Bring on the next book please. Happy reading everyone

Oh, I have been waiting on this one. Take one growly Bear, add one take no prisoners Sam, and you have a great combination. These men are so in love and possessive, it is wonderful to hope for the same.

This series is about two characters that love each other but are too dumb to realize it or talk about it. I don’t have the patience for this.

I thought that this was a great book and so worth the wait. I really liked Sam and Bear together. The connection and chemistry between these two was amazing. Bear only has eyes for Sam but has sworn off woman after his ex. Sam is ready to settle down but the only man that gets her motor running is Bear. I really enjoyed the steam, banter, love, tension, and sweet HEA that Bear and Sam get in this book and I can't wait for Knox's book next. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Hope as a must read author.

A big possesive hero, an independent woman, love and respect and so much heat between the two of them, who can ask for anything more?

This is a quick, very good read. Not much drama, very nice characters, a good deed, a recipe for succes. I loved the dinamic between the hero and the heroine and how they balanced their care for each other and the care for their job. Another quick win from Hope Ford!

I received this in order to offer my honest opinion.

Another great story in this series.😍😍😍 I loved how Bear was all grumpy and kind of the big silent protector🥰🥰 Samantha is strong, independent, sassy and professional, but kind of melts for her big Bear. 😉 They fell for each other but both were hesitant to act on it.... Nothing better than a secret mission as married couple to change that 😉 Sweet, steamy, romantic, fun to read and safe with a sweet HEA ❤️❤️ Can't wait for the next story👍👍👍👍

Brilliant read

Sam thinks Bear doesn’t like her and is surprised that when a mission is given out and Sam is meant to go with Logan and pretend to be a married couple it is changed to Bear going with her instead.
Bear can’t let Sam go on a mission with Logan as a married couple it has to be him he has been in love with Sam from the first day she started working for them. this mission they are meant to get surveillance of a human trafficking ring he won’t let be letting her out of his sight he won’t and can’t lose her it’s time he shows her who she belongs to.

So far this series is really good. I like the danger, suspense, the closeness the team has with each other. Bear was a POW, that's how Walkner and Nash met him. So they have been a team ever sense. Samantha (Sam) was in the Army, she is part of the team also. Bear is a man of few words, but when a job comes up involved human traffickers and she's to be teamed with Logan, Bear puts his foot down and decides he's going instead. Excellent read with a HEA. My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.

Bear has wanted Sam to be his from the moment he saw her. But she’s his teammate and he thinks he can’t cross that line. When a new assignment has Sam posing as a wife for another team member Bear has to step up. He asks to be her “husband“ for the mission. Sam has real feelings for Bear but his gruff attitude and grunted answers make her think he doesn’t like her. She has dealt with doubting men her whole military career. Walker is one of the good guys and when he asked her to join his mercenaries she accepted. Things start out a bit rocky but Sam let’s Bear know she finds him attractive, he’s pleased with the news. The next day while hanging out at the pool Sam’s little bikini is what does Bear in, he takes her back up to their room and they have their first time together. That evening they complete their mission with the help of the rest of the team. Bear wants to protect Sam but she convinces him she’s going to be ok. On the plane ride home Bear let’s Nash, the team leader know he and Sam are a couple and he’s not giving her up. Nash doesn’t have a problem with it but does tell him until they get into a good rhythm they will work missions separately. Sam’s not sure what’s going on with her and Bear, he talks to the team lead alone and then distances himself from everyone on the plane. When they land and still Bear ignores her she leaves dejected. He later shows up at her place and tells her he loves her, neither is losing their job and everyone knows how he feels about her. Epilogue with him proposing.
Liked both Sam and Bear, no real drama or danger on mission. It didn’t make sense why a married couple would be at a sex trafficking auction. It would have made more sense for it to be something involving children.

*spoilers* Samantha got a good job offer from Walker. She is 32 and wants to settle down. The team was very welcoming, only Bear has held back. Of course this is the one who makes Samantha's heart beat faster. It is hard to asmit for herself, but when he was away on a mission she missed Bear's grunts. But she does not know, what he feels. She has him in knots. He tried to get her out of her head, it is not working. When a new mission is announced and Samantha has to be faked married to Logan. Bear steps in. His boss Nash questions if the grumpy Bear can pull of to play the part of the loving husband, Bear is up to the task and does not want someboy else to go on the mission with Samantha, it is about hum trafficking. Samantha is mad, because she thinks Bear does think she is not capable and messing with her job. The ring scene was special. Samantha normally is an independent woman, but with Bear she likes the way she feeld protected by him, which she never felt before, They are supposed to learn the process of the human trafficking and go home, both are not happy with that. Samantha soon learns to speak 'Bear'. Also they do not see how attrackted they are too each other, both believing to be out of reach for the other. But when Sam decides to soak up his attention, which he rarely gives to people, they work really well as a team and couple. They even open up about their past. Bear's ex wife chated on him while he was a POW and he stayed away from relaitonships ever since. They dance around each other. Will they be able to trust and open up their hearts? Wlll they fulfill their mission ans be able to rescue the women in the human trafficking? Can they handle working together?
This is so well written, I soaked it right up after a long work day. There are so many special scenes and the chemistry between them is amazing.
I also really enjoyed meating the other characters again, you missed out, when you have not already read Walker and Brooklyn's story.

I loved this book! Samantha and Bear truly are perfect for each other. Love them together!

Samantha is the only female on the Ghost team in Whiskey Run. As a female in the military she's always felt that she has to prove herself to the men she works with that she can get the job done as well as they can.

Bear well, he communicates with grunts and growls. Very rarely does he actually speak. Even rarer are his smiles.

Nash is the head guy, not the owner just the guy who gives out assignments, etc. At their weekly meeting Nash assigns Samantha and Logan an assignment where they are to pose as a married couple to gather intel on a human trafficking ring posing as a prostitution ring. Bear actually interrupts the meeting to talk to Nash outside.

Needless to say Bear and Samantha are the "married couple" going to Florida. Their reactions to things and each other are so cute. For example there's a king size bed and a little love seat in the hotel room lol

I really enjoyed reading this one. Of course I've thought that about every Whiskey Run book I've read!! I felt there wasn't as much suspense as I expected, but I still loved it!! Highly recommended!

He comes bearing gifts - One warm apple turnover from Sugar Glaze

Submit is the third book in the Whiskey Run: Heroes series. The story is about Bear and Samantha who are both part of the Ghost team working for Walker. Bear is a man of few words but great action. Bear joined the team after he was rescued by Walker and then Sam joined after being in the military and wanting to settle down in one place. Both Bear and Sam are attracted to each other but neither believes the other has the same feelings, plus they work together so they shouldn't cross that line. But when a new operation comes up it is Bear and Sam who must go in and pose as a married couple. Being so close together their sparking chemistry is about to explode and more than a few lines will be crossed and walls blown away.

This is a fast-paced and action packed story that is well written. I was engaged from the beginning to the end and was left wanting more of Bear, the man is being added to my Alpha book boyfriend list as he makes my heart beat faster. This was a very enjoyable read and a book I would RECOMMEND to other readers, as I would the series.

Samantha has had a thing for Bear since she started in the Whiskey Run office, but she believes he does not even like her, he only grunts and growls around her. Out of left he surprises her and brings her coffee and an apple turnover. There is an op coming up in Miami and she supposed to be pared with Logan as a husband and wife, he gets it changed so it is him and her.

Bear has had a thing for Samantha since she came into the office, he does not know how to talk to her, or vocalize his feelings. Will this trip in close quarters give him the opportunity to finally talk to her? Bear runs the risk of making Sam mad, when he tries to protect her more than any other member of the team.

I loved the chemistry between the two characters even when words were not in play, this was a great add the Whiskey Run world. This is part of Whiskey Run: Heroes, cannot wait for the other stories in the series.

I stumbled across this author when I found the first in this series, Ransom, by accident and boy was it a rabbit hole. Redeem the next book was equally as good and so submit has been on my list for a while waiting for it’s publishing date. I’ve even gone back and read other works by this author now and she never disappoints.

This book delivers it all and you get everything you expect and more. The whole team interaction is great and the returning characters continue to add interest.

Bear is just as growly and alpha as you expect him to be and yet so soft and lovely at the same time, when he brings Sa mantua a coffee and danish unexpectedly it’s like a teenager trying to tell someone they like them without words but it’s lovely.

Short, steamy and suspenseful these stories reach drama quickly and yet conclude with a meaningful hea.

I’m looking forward to Knox’s story, even more so as it’s in the operation alpha world

Submit, the third book in Hope Ford's awesome Whiskey Run: Heroes series, is a dynamic, engaging, and sexy read. Bear and Sam have worked together on the ghost team since her former Army buddy Walker got her the job - and they have both lusted after the other since. When Sam is paired with another of their teammates to pose as a married couple vacationing at a Miami resort for a mission, Bear insists on being partnered with her instead. And once they are playing their roles, neither wants it to be fake. But can the super swoon-worthy, overprotective alpha stand by while the woman he wants to claim for his own put herself in danger just by doing her job? This is an entertaining, steamy love story with the perfect book boyfriend in the hero Bear, and a fantastically independent and strong heroine in Sam. A must-read amidst of a series full of captivating titles!

I loved Bear and Samantha's story! I love how we get to see a different side of Bear the side Samantha brings out. We already know that he wants her and he has from the moment he laid eyes on her but his past caused him to ignore his feelings. Then they get an assignment that calls for working as husband and wife and Samantha is paired up with Logan until Bear puts his foot down that's his woman he's the only fake husband she'll have. Samantha has the hots for Bear but she thinks that he doesn't like her Bear can't believe that a gorgeous woman like Samantha wants him. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this wonderful story to see what happens. I would definitely recommend reading this book.

This was another amazing book in the Whisky Run Hero’s! This is Bear and Samantha’s story. Bear swore off women years ago when his ex wife cheated on him when he was on deployment. Bear has been secretly in love with Samantha for a while now and when it comes up that she is supposed to go on a mission with someone else he make sure he is the one on the mission with her instead. Sam has the hots for Bear but with all the grunting instead of talking he usually does she doesn’t think he has feelings for her. Sam and Bear are playing a married couple on this mission and things heat up very quickly. Bear lays it all on the line for Sam and of course they will get their HEA. Super steamy, funny with lots of action! I recommend this series and book to everyone looking for a great read.

Bear has had feelings for his co-worker Samantha since she first started working with him. He wants to make a move but he doesn't have the words. Then their boss assigns Sam to work their case with another agent where they will pretend to be husband and wife. Bear has had enough and pulls his boss aside to tell him that only Bear will be acting like Sam's husband. This mission is just the thing Bear needs to show Sam how much he cares for her... just as long as he can find the words.

Samantha has always been interested in Bear but since he never talks to her, she assumes he doesn't like her. When her new assignment is changed and she is forced to work with Bear, she thinks it will be a failure. She feels that he can never convince someone that he is interested in and cares for her. However Bear has quite a few surprises for her.

I found Sam frustrating

This is the book I like least in this series, whilst I like both Bear and Sam most of the time, there were times here when I wanted to shake them. For an operator Sam goes through this book completely oblivious to so much! At one point she tells Bear she understands his grunts, yet she has no idea that he is seconds from pinning her to the wall and stripping her naked! She misses numerous cues, looks, comments and obvious actions and it makes it difficult to concentrate on the plot because you cannot believe she is being so dense. The plot is good and of course the team complete their mission, Bear also completes his mission to secure her heart...although he needs more words rather than grunts. So it is a good book but they are not my favourite couple, I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

This is book number 3 of the Whiskey Run: Heroes series and focuses on Bear and Samantha. They both fell hard for each other as soon as Samantha started working with the team but Samantha was under the impression that Bear didn't like her. When an assignment requires Samantha to be fake married to someone else on the team, Bear isn't having it. He gets it switched to where it's him going with her. They have some navigating to do when it comes to their relationship but I love that they decided to take the leap towards happiness with each other. This was a great story and I loved these characters! This series just keeps getting better and better. Great addition to the series.

The Whiskey Run series is the best series ever. Yes they are quick reads, full of excitement, intrigue and adventure and very steamy. This is the story of Liam, aka Bear, and Samantha. She thinks he does not like her and he has been in love with her for a year. They both work for the special ops team and are sent on a mission together to gather info on human trafficking. In the process they realize they are more to each other than they thought. This is a wonderful story, fast and steamy with enough excitement and intrigue that keeps you turning the pages until the end. Can not wait for the next in this series. All the Whiskey Run series are great.

A intriguing good book

I enjoyed this book a lot. Any time the good guys win is a good one. Samantha and Bear work for the same security company but he's been so hard to get to know. He growls all the time. Nash, their leader, has a human trafficking mission in FL he was pairing Sam and Logan to go undercover as a married couple. Bear wasn't going to let that happen, he asked Nash to do the mission with her. It was ok'd and off they went. If all human trafficking missions went this way, more would be out of business. I enjoyed reading their actions/conversations and descriptions of the people and places they went. It's a good book, I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. Written by Cindy :)
