Mr. James paves an experienced-based path for people who wish to get out of debt and enjoy the benefits of financial freedom, wealth-building, and positioning family first.
The author identifies nine steps to eliminating debt and becoming financially secure. Some of the money-related issues he addresses include: how to conquer spending, the importance of a budget, examples and strategies for living below your means, the importance of being grateful, owning a vehicle you can afford, and clarifying what one needs versus what one wants. All the financial concerns mentioned by the author have solutions if a person is willing to embrace the required behavior changes that lead to eliminating, or greatly reducing, debt.
There are many books out there on this topic. What Nate James brings to the table is his personal experience, his values, and Christian faith. Regardless of a reader’s religious affiliation, Fight for It Financial offers sound advice with a sprinkling of humor and personal anecdotes.
I recently read *Fight for it Financial* by Nate James and I have to say, it was an incredibly insightful and thought-provoking read. I have always been interested in personal finance, but this book offered a unique perspective from someone who has had a lot of life experience in both the military and law enforcement.
The no-nonsense approach that James takes in this book is refreshing and made the content easy to understand and digest. Utilizing real-life anecdotes, James provides valuable insights on essential skills like budgeting, spending strategies, and passive investing. He also highlights the importance of staying away from debt and how to attack and mitigate future debt.
The book is also filled with anecdotes from James's time in the military and law enforcement. These stories were both entertaining and informative, and provided valuable insight into leadership and stewardship.
Overall, I would highly recommend *Fight for it Financial* to anyone looking to improve their personal finance skills. It provides real-world examples, is inspirational, and features helpful examples. It would make a great gift for parents, recent graduates, or anyone looking to improve their financial situation.
This book pretty much hit on every avenue the average person will encounter that affects your financial future. What I liked was the author beat you to the punch by addressing real world temptations like buying new cars and wanting things beyond your means. Everyone does that. It comes down to discipline and long term goals. Basically a level of maturity is needed to be financially free of debt. It’s great to see that it can be accomplished without starting out as a millionaire and going forward. This mindset will work in many areas of your life if applied correctly. A very good useable book.
I really like this book it incorporates the authors real life experience with the military and meshes it with scripture and struggles people put themselves in. It’s captivating and powerful in a subtle way. I might suggest a title change this book is so much more than a fight for financial freedom.
fight for the life financial independence of all people in America
I learn that is more important than budget control for business management than money control for investment decisions in the banking system itself as individuals are more valuable than people are independent lifelong workers in America freedom A lot of companies have business life.
