This writing is not for me.

Surprised me !!!
This book came up after I finished my one click author L Ann Marie is I figured I'd give it a shot . I was really surprised how much I liked it , the story was good , different and the sex was steamy 😉.. I am looking forward to the next one..

This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I definitely will be reading more! She has well-developed characters and an intriguing, suspenseful, action packed and thrilling storyline. Stevie lost everything one fateful night- her family and home. She gets placed productive custody to protect her from the killer still on the loose. Rogue doesn’t want this babysitting assignment but as soon as he sees Stevie he is lost. Now with the assist from his twin brother Mark and his MC brothers he hast to keep Stevie safe from the killer and dirty cops at any cost. Will he be able to do that? I can’t wait for more books from the series!!

“Can I have a Rogue too please? Mac, this man was definition of perfection. Don’t let the MC thing foal you, he was caring, protective, loyal, sweet and understanding. Plus he valued morals! Every time he spoke I fell a little more for him but being inside his head made fall head over heals for him. Seriously! Have you seen those cartoons or anime that when they’re in love their eyes look like hearts? Well, I’m sure mine looked like that the whole time. Now, that I’ve finished parsing this incredible man let’s go back to the story. Sweet Lord, poor Stevie. I can’t even pretend to comprehend what she went true. No one should ever feel so lost and broken after that brutal moment. I wanted to cry with her too. Once again, Mac proved to be ‘one of a kind’ type of man. But not everything was about their relationship and hurtful past. Stevie’s life was in danger once again and before she could get comfortable and safe everything was out of control again. The tension and angst had me on the edge and lets not talk about the ups and downs! Though it happened really quickly but I was so lost in the story that it felt long lol. Anyway, I can’t praise enough this story. Highly recommended!”

Really good story.
Rogue and Stevie are perfect for each other.
I also liked the irony of having Mark and Mac as identical twins, but one a law abiding cop and the other the outlaw MC member.
Stevie has been through hell and back. Her family has been murdered and she was left for dead to burn up with her family home. But the nightmare didn't end there. Her would be murderer's trial is coming up and she's forced into protective custody and moved around constantly feeling lonely, helpless, and unsafe. When the newest safehouse is with a biker she immediately feels a sense of safety and protected with Rogue.
But there's more at play than just Stevie's murderer's trial. Corrupt cops are now also on Stevie's tail and making it more difficult for Rogue to protect his woman.
If I had one complaint...and of course I always seem to have one (lol)
I really wish we would've gotten an epilogue that was a bit further down the road. I want to learn what Stevie does in regards to her future plans. Does she go back to school and finally get her degree she was working toward?

Rogue is book one in the Black Dagger MC series by M.D. Stewart. The story focuses on the characters Stevie Anderson and Mac ‘Rogue’ Steele. Stevie is on the run from a serial killer when she ends up having to stay at Rogue’s house, mainly due to the fact that no one would think to look for her at an MC. Straight away sparks fly between the two characters, and they enter a quick and passionate relationship with Rogue wanting to protect Stevie from the dangers which lurk around every corner. When they are compromised, Rogue and Stevie go on the run whilst trying to stay alive.
I really liked both of the characters in this book. Rogue had just enough alpha-ness in him to be protective and Stevie grew on me throughout the book as she grew stronger in her own abilities to defend herself. There was enough action and intrigue to keep you wanting to turn the pages of the book as well as some good steamy scenes. Overall, a quick and easy read!

This is a good MC book that holds your interest, but there needs to be more background on the characters and a more developed MC. This book does end with a HEA, but it feels a little rushed.

Rogue and Stevie meet when Rogue's twin brother Mark asked for his help in protecting Stevie. As the story unfolds it takes you on a roller coaster ride full of suspense and danger, that keeps you on the edge of your seat, but also leaves you with questions.
Who were the Police involved and Why? What happened to some of them? Why were there no fights between Rogue's one night stands and Stevie? Did Dodge die or live?
The ending happens fast and is ok, but there needed to be an Epilogue for maybe a year later to close the story out.

Stevie had survived but she lost everything her family and home, now with the killer still on the lose she's put into protective custody and placed with a biker. Rogue wasn't overly thrilled to have a new house guest, until he meets Stevie and she tears down his walls he built so high. When the killer contacts Stevie, Rogue knows shes no longer safe staying in one place and takes her on the run, but can he keep her safe with the help of his twin cop brother Mark and the MC?. This is a well written engaging, suspense filled, action packed, steamy MC romance. Rogue and Stevie just complete each other, and draw you into their story. This is a new to me author and I cant wait for more!

In the beginning I didn't think that Rogue is not your usually member of a motorcycle club. But when he walks into the club and has to deal with another member, it's show's a different side to him. When his twin asks a favor of him to hide a witness, Rogue is not thrilled but when Stevie pulls off her hood , somethings different. I loved the characters and the story line. Through in a dirty cop, a killer who is after Stevie and some interesting members of the Black Daggers MC. This is the first book that I have read about the Black Daggers MC but am looking forward to reading more.

Stevie has a traumatic past that changes her whole life; she's scared all the time, not knowing if her past will catch up with her. In Walked in Rogue, who marches to his own beat, not caring what others think of him. But in one glance, he was a goner for Stevie; these two were made for each other, author M.D. Stewart did a really good job.

Fabulous MC
What I like most about MC romances, and specifically this MC romance, is how protective the characters are of each other, and that protectiveness leads to their love. And a true love it is. But it isn’t just the love interest, it’s the relationships between the twins, and then women’s willingness to teach each other to be strong.
The writing is well done, and so clear. I cannot wait until Dodge comes out and I can immerse myself more into the Black Dagger MC.

This is a new to me author and I'm very happy I found her. Rogue is a fast paced,, insta love, quick read. It tells the story of Rogue, a member of the Black Dagger Mc
and Stevie. Stevie has quite the story all on her own but it's when she's place in Rogues home for protection that things really get heated. I can't wait for what's coming next in this series.

This is the first book of read from this author and I will definitely keep reading. Rogue, even though he didn’t want to babysit Stevie fell for her instantly and did everything he could to keep her safe. With Rogue’s twin Mark who is a cop they help Stevie from dirty cops, murderers and everyone else who want to hurt her. I highly recommend reading this book and I can’t wait for the next one.

So I enjoyed this book and the kind of mystery behind it. I thought just the right amount of history was given involving the murders to make you understand but not focus just on that part of the story. I thought Stevie was a pretty strong h and I enjoy those kinds of characters. Quick but decent read

A new to me author in my favorite genre and the first in the Black Dagger MC series was a quick insta love read.
There was a few things I didn’t understand; having to buy their patches, never saw the clubhouse and a all female club associated with them.
Not a whole lot of character development but a decent storyline and resolution.

Great read!
This is a first time read from this author for me and I very much enjoyed it. The characters were well done with great backstories. The storyline moved at a good pace and had lots of MC drama and intrigue. Rogue and Stevie were a great couple and I’m looking forward to reading the next one!

Wow. This was my first book by this author and I absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed the banter between characters. It's definitely an insta-love story but it doesn't take away from the actual story. I would definitely recommend this story and I look forward to reading more by this author!

Loved It
First book in this series and the 2nd book I have read by this author. They have a way of building their characters and the storyline that it makes it hard to put the book down. I just wanted to keep reading until it came to the end, which was way too soon!
