Whisper is a very surprising heroine for me. For what all shes went through in her life, she is still such a kind hearted level headed woman. Her strength and determination is wonderful. Her big heart melted me. Forge, oh Forge. I loved him. Hes a protector, even if its from afar for awhile. When Whisper decides to make some changes, Forge never truly left, she just didnt know he was there, til the time came, things from the past, that he needed to be there to watch over her. This story has heartbreak, love, passion, angst, drama, protection. And the most important thing, a HEA!!!! Just what i love in these books!!!! I hope we get to read more about the side characters, some im really intrigued about!

A heartbreakingly beautiful story of trauma moving on, acceptance and redemption. Forge is a force to be reckoned with. He knew what he wanted and went for it. Whisper is probably one of the strongest women of the Reckless Kings MC so far. Her fortitude, strength and resilience is admirable. Their chemistry is palpable, their connection was instant but the love they have for one another is undeniable. I absolutely adored, loved and enjoyed going along with Forge, Whisper, Jacob and the Reckless Kings MC. Fantastic story!

Harley Wylde really is good at making trigger books with dramatic angst stories. Well, maybe her plotting style was really suitable for my palate. This one touched base with redemption and how bad things happened. How the latter had nothing to do with the sin of the past or even the fault of your parent. This one was actually quite heart wrenching story of growing up early and really facing life head-on.

The story went when our h caught by one of the Reckless King members when she was barely a teenager. She was forced to be bait for women; the women would, later on, be captured and trafficked. Some met their demise, while others were suffered under the hand of traffickers. So our h plead her case and beg to be saved. And so she was adopted by the very [person who caught her. Years later, bad things happened to her. She blamed herself. She thought bad things happened to her because that's how the universe paid back for whatever things she did to those women years ago. Struggling to mend her trauma, our H finally step up and decided that he would provide the protection and love that she deserved.

Forge has been Whispers hero since he found her at 15. Whisper had endured more then she should have had to by the time she taken by the Reckless Kings as a teen and fate wasn't finished with her quite yet. Whisper and Forge have a heartbreaking connection but it's also beautiful he's been there for her worst moments a protector and a comfort. Years later as things are set in motion Forge and Whisper are reunited although did Forge ever really leave her. There a few more bumps that fate has in store for them but Forge and the Reckless Kings will ensure they get their HEA. This story was beautifully written it will pull at your heart making you cry while also giving you those warm fuzzy feelings of love.

Whisper was found by Forge when she was 15. She had a crush on him after and it turned into love. Some tramatic things happen to her and she left because she thought they would see her different. Forge always kept and eye on her when he found where she was. She saw him and he brought her back and where she belonged right by his side. I loved their story.

Forge has me all up in my feelings! His and Whispers story is so completely tragic, utterly heartbreaking, and epically beautiful.  The things Whisper has endured would be enough to make most women so turned off by life in general but not this fierce as h*l^ young woman. And she's never forgotten who her savior was and how she felt about him. It took Forge a bit to catch up but when he finally did these two took us an incredibly beautiful journey. Harley Wylde has delivered an all encompassing age gap read that I hated to see end.

I love Forge and Whisper! Forge found Whisper when she was fifteen and brought her to the Reckless Kings. The worst possible thing could happen and Whisper left. Many took it that she abandoned the club but her dad Brick and Forge knew she needed a change. Forge kept an eye on her and when time came he claimed Whisper and Jacob. This story shows us that club girls are people too and aren’t always there because they want to be.

Loved the characters and the story line. Heart breaking and uplifting in some parts. I could guess some of the story, but other parts totally blew me away. Didn't see the judge coming. That was exciting. The story was believable and well written. It's a 10/10 for me.

I loved Whisper and Forge. Whisper goes through some traumatic times and loved Forge for a long time. Forge finally got on same page. I really love reading Harley's books and can't wait for more.

Teenage Crush/She’s All Grown Up is such a great trope. Wylde does it especially well here, I thought. The author makes it very clear that the hero isn’t attracted to her heroine until she’s 18+, which is appropriate. But Whisper (cool name) has had a crush on Forge pretty much since he rescued her when she was 15.
Poor Whisper couldn’t catch a break. She was kidnapped as a child, raised by her kidnapper who was abusive. Then when she was 18 she was drugged and gang SA’d, resulting in a pregnancy. A single mom, she struggled financially for several years. Of course, Forge claimed her and life got better, but this girl went through some serious sh*t.
Forge (thusly named because he hand works metal on a forge) stalks her in the best kind of way. When he claims their son, my ovaries sat up. He’s hot, loving, and just kinky enough on occasion to make Whisper really, really happy. He makes her happy a lot in this book. Wylde always writes hot, explicit sexytime scenes. And is not stingy with them.
I enjoyed the story. Whisper had a gift for empathy and had compassion for the club wh*res rather than the usual antagonistic relationship with them. I liked her. I also liked Forge, because he had such a big heart for Whisper and their son.
The book is SAFE.

Forge and Whisper were meant to be; their love story is amazing. Even though Forge didn't know if he could love all his actions said otherwise. He was always in the background watching until one day when Whisper saw him. Love that Forge didn't hesitate to secure a way to have Whisper in his life permanently. Whisper started out with a hero type crush on Forge that grew into love over time. Forge always enjoyed spending time with Whisper and once she came of age he started viewing her as so much more. Even after the Reckless Kings saved her from a living hell, a traumatic situation beyond her control forever changed Whisper. But she didn't let these events define her. The woman she grew into held a quiet strength and a compassion for others that you don't see every day which, to me, made her even more badass than most of the other old ladies. I absolutely love how Whisper and Forge completed each other. Forge would do anything and be anything for Whisper while Whisper would give Forge all the love he never knew he needed. 💜

Harley Wylde delivers another 5 star read with Forge! Who doesn’t love a sexy biker hero?
Forge (Reckless Kings MC 4) was another awesome MC romance by Harley Wylde! I have read many of her books and am continually impressed by the way she takes those rough around the edges, scary biker types and turns then into loving heroes. This author takes on tough subjects (some may find as triggers) and spins stories that have us daydreaming about bikers of our own. Forge is that guy… he shows up to help a child who had been abducted at a young age. They help Whisper recover, find her a family, and help her grow beyond the trauma of her childhood. Forge and Whisper have a great friendship. She is planning to leave for college when fate deals a nasty blow that leaves her with scars that are long to heal and a daily reminder she loves beyond words. Little does she know her hero is always watching and always protecting. Love blooms in the strangest places and leaves us with another great read! Forge has me wishing for more of the Reckless King’s stories.

Whisper came to the Reckless Kings via Forge. He rescued her from a man that kidnapped her when she was 7. The club became her family and Brick her dad. Her previous parents had died and she found love and protection from the RKs. When a joyous occasion was tainted by a group of teens, she moved away from the Kings and tried to start over. Forge aka Victor was always watching and has seen her change from a teen to a beautiful woman. She didn’t allow her past to jade her and her son Jacob. He has known about her crush and he plans to stake his claim to her. But turning her back on the club makes it tough. Even worse, one of the boys that raped her is out of jail. Forge wasn’t going to let anything happen to Whisper ever again. His family was to be protected. Being brought back into the fold of the Kings was tough but it worked out. New aliases are made. We have a side story as well about Kye and Carina. Grab a tissue because you might need it. I was shocked and saddened. We do get a happy ending.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
Forge is the fourth book in the ‘’reckless kings MC’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Whisper has had a far from easy life. After yet another horrific event, she left the MC behind and left town. Years later and now a single parent, a face from her past returns. Forge wants Whisper but will he get a chance?
The chemistry between Forge and Whisper is clear to see and I liked them together.
My heart hurt for Whisper and all she had been through. I loved her strength and determination.
I loved what Whisper did for the club girls. My heart hurt for what happened to Carina and Poppy.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I look forward to more books from this series.

This book was such a good read. Forge had been the first to meet Whisper when she was 15. When the club found out her parents had passed Brick adopted her and she was someone that was special to the club. Forge always knew that Whisper had a thing for him but he was older and she was still young. Oh Forge noticed but it was to late. Whisper was hurt and she ran away from the club. While she thought no one but her dad knew where she was boy she wrong. Forge had know for a while where she and her son were. He tried to watch out without her seeing him. When that didn’t work Forge got what he always wanted the girl and the boy. Whisper is different from most old ladies in that she wanted to help the club girls. This book was awesome. Can’t wait to see what happens next. I highly recommend this book

“…How can anyone judge me for my actions when they haven’t walked in my shoes? Until they’ve suffered the way I have, they can’t say anything. And even then, not everyone deals with crap the same way. Just because I handled things different from them doesn’t make my way wrong.”

This is a part of one of my favorite lines in this book. I say this all the time. Harley’s books have a lot of storyline to fit in a short book and this sums up how her characters deal with their situations.

Forge is so awesome. I just love how he took charge of each situation as it came up. He and Whisper are so good together. I just love it!

Another amazing MC read! This one with a childhood crush fulfilled, I practically melted. Forge and Whisper are such a strong, amazing couple. That Whisper had the strength after all she had been through to move off on her own was awe-inspiring. It made me so happy that Forge never forgot her and kept an eye on her. Can't wait for more of these Reckless Kings to fall, especially Snake! I hope his woman gives him a run for his money. 5 stars for Whisper and Forge!

Whisper is an excellent heroine she’s sweet level headed and for what she has gone through is heartbreaking but she got up and went on it’s the steel backbone she has which kept me entranced throughout Forge. Sometimes it's takes something tragic to happened to find your soulmate, in Forge and Whisper's story it's what exactly happens. Their relationship may come off easily and fast to some but it took years to finally step in the right direction, they're so adorable and perfect together.

This was always going to be a great story from the first time we met Forge. Whisper was just the perfect person for him. The fact that it took this long to address that all the club shores night
Not have better choices was epic! I've and Clover broke my heart. So did Paris. Snake needs more than a broken nose! Can't wait!

Forge was different from the other Reckless Kings. Yes Forge made mistakes getting his old lady but not as bad as some of his other brothers. I loved Whisper she makes mistakes but owns them and keeps moving forward and that is what a true old lady does she get up dust off and keeps moving and relays on her old man. You will really love this story so much.

Amazing

Forge and Whisper were good together. Really enjoyed seeing their story unfold. Brick was the father that Whisper needed. Forge impressed me so much by claiming Whisper's son as his own. Two things I didn't like: Carina and her girls and not finding Flossie. Left you hanging. Not really a cliffhanger, but was left unfinished.
