I know it's short and is supposed to be instalove but this was like too much. Saying I love you after 1 day and 1 sex-sion. Fine, maybe, whatever. Getting married 2 months later and how everything is perfect. Nah! That's too "Insta" for me. I do wish I had her magical vajayjay though. 1 star for the setting and 1 star for the dog.

eye rolls but not too bad
This caused my eyes to roll often, but overall it wasn’t too too bad. Also the only Christmas in this story is at the very end. Most of the story happens in autumn.

Wonderful, absolutely love this one! Short, sweet, and an easy read.
Tamira is working for her cousin at her resort. Her aunt broke her leg and since she has a degree in hospitality and she is waiting on a job. Caden comes to the resort to sleep, get away from everything and think about his life, he was a solider. Bolt comes to check in on Tamira and Caden. Bolt is married to Tamira’s cousin Mia. Caden hasn’t been out of the cabin since he arrived, he’s eating only one meal a day and the curtain are closed up tight. She fetches Bolt a bucket of water and an ax. When she comes back Bolt has Caden by the scruff of the neck forcing him to look at the ground while he yells at him. Caden goes off to shower, and Tamira has his towel hurries after him. She to late, he has the water running and is naked. When she gasps he turns to see her standing staring at him. He turns and she looks at he ground. She tells him she is sorry and runs back to the main house. Caden realizes he needs to get his act together, getting over his guilt, he made it home where others didn’t. She wanted to meet Caden but she can’t fall for him, he’s an ex-soldier and she vowed never to fall for one. She takes his tray of food to him, and he’s busy chopping wood. He introduces himself, and they start talking about their family members. Bolt comes back and has a puppy he wants Caden to look after. After he leaves Caden ask Tamira if she can show him around the property. They need to get back after reaching the edge of the bluff, it looks like a storm is coming in. They make it back to the house just as it starts to downpour. Tamira heads inside while Caden check out the outside of the house. When he comes inside she has food ready and the fire place going. As they sit and eat he wonders about kissing her. Then he leans in and tells her he is going to kiss her. He tells her she is beautiful, and kisses a trail along her skin. She wiggles out of her clothes and he pulls off her panties. Licking along her slit she tells him how good that feels. He tells her to come for him and she does screaming his name. She reaches for him but he tells her next time. They lay by the fire wrapped in each other and fall asleep. The next morning Tamira wakes and takes the dog out for a walk. The dog runs off and she hears a growl. She can’t find the dog, but sees a mountain lion. The dog comes out and starts barking, she tells it to be quiet and tries not to move. The dog leaves and then she hears a gun shot when she turns she sees Caden holding gun. He asks her if she alright and she runs to him, but trips and falls. She hears her tendon snap and detach from her bone. She can’t walk so Caden tells her he’ll carry her. He lays her on the couch and gets her medicine. He tells her he’ll be right back and heads to the bathroom. He wants to make her his, her in danger scared him straight. When he comes out she is in front of the fireplace, blanket spread across the floor, naked. He tells her he wants her and this time he won’t be able to stop. She tells him she wants him, he begins to kiss her. He slides his fingers inside her then she tells him she wants him inside her. She begins to stroke him and he tells her he going to come if she keeps doing that. He slides into her and she feels so good. She grinds against him needing more. He tells her to come for him, he can’t hold on. She is everything he wants, he tells her he loves her and asks her to marry him. She giggles and he tells her he’s serious. He asks her again and tells her he wants her to be the last thing he sees at night and the first person he sees in the morning. They talk about the future, and she tells him she loves it. He asks her again and she says yes. They talk about where to get married and she tells him she wants a simple ceremony on the mountain. She wants it to be on Christmas Eve, it’s her moms birthday and under the stars. They stay at the resort by Mia and Max’s request. Caden get busy organizing the wedding. They both scored jobs her at a big hotel and him with a builder. They get married at Hawk’s Rest, the resort they met. Her aunt Toni is helping her get ready, she gives her a small jewelry box. Inside is a heart shaped gold locket with a picture of her mother holder her and another picture of her dad in uniform. The locket was her mothers. Her father wanted her to have it on her wedding day. They all go outside where a floral arch is set up. The celebrant speaks telling everyone Tamira and Caden want to make their own pledge to each other. When they are pronounced husband and wife, he picks her up and carries her in. Starlight twinkles overhead they feel blessed as the snow falls over them.

This book is part of the Holiday Belles and the main characters are Caden Bishop, a wounded ex-soldier, and Tamira Flynn, who works in hospitality and is helping her Aunt Toni out by working at Hawk’s Rest, after Toni broke her leg. It is a small cabin on her cousin Mia and her husband Max’s property, which her husband lets out to friends of friends to use, to escape the pressures of life. It is currently being let to a former soldier called Caden, but Tamira has seen no sign of him for most of the first week of his stay. He is in a dark place and it is only the intervention of Bolt, her cousin Riley’s husband, who comes to check on her, that gets Caden a rude awakening and a list of chores he is expected to do whilst he is there. Something to get him out of his funk and interacting in life once more. The one item on the list he is unsure he can complete, is to hunt down a mountain lion that is threatening the property, and kill it. He refuses to handle a gun ever again and certainly not to kill again, after what he has gone through. Tamira passes her time by singing all day, apart from taking meals to the cabin three times a day. It is a lovely setting and singing is something she loves to do.
Bolt’s method of getting Caden out of his funk, gives Tamira a full on look at a very naked and dishevelled wounded soldier. And a soldier is certainly not someone she should be attracted to, having been an army brat growing up, a soldier or ex-soldier is certainly not someone she wants to have a romance with. He is given another challenge by Bolt and that brings a good bit of fun and amusement to the story. Caden has to get out of the cabin and take part in tasks outside and Tamira ends up joining him and his cute addition. He likes her, but he is going to be gone in about another week and she is looking forward to moving to the city and getting on with her career in hospitality. They don’t exactly have any common ground going forward and it may just be a bit of a fling between them. Thankfully, Caden has fallen for her completely and has to prove how much he loves her in a dramatic manner, and she gives into his complete devotion and the safety of his arms. Matters progress quickly between the two of them and he needs a new career if he is going to stay somewhere with her. Both have a new life together to plan and to get to the altar before Christmas, in an ode to her mother. A nice story of overcoming a dark place and another person helping you to see the light in life. Tamira has been at her family’s secluded cabin for nearly a week with Caden, and hasn’t seen him once. She knows he’s there to escape, but she was hoping he’d at least show his face once or twice. That changes when Caden is brought back to reality and a fire is lit under his behind! He’s not in a good place mentally, but after getting one good look at Tamira, he’s willing to do whatever it takes to prove to the world that he’s a good enough man to take care of her in the ways she deserves. This is sickly sweet, and all the things you hope for in an instalove. Especially one in a small town, with forced proximity! It was so easy for me to love their easy love.

Caden and Tamira meet at Hawk's Rest. Tamira is taking care of the cabins while Max is gone. Caden has just returned from a tour of duty. He is struggling with returning to civilian life, and Tamira is only there temporarily until she can move to Cheyenne. Can they resolve these outside factors enough to go after this love at first sight feeling, or will it be too much for them to overcome? I loved this sweet instalove story, and I loved all the growth that Caden went through. I also liked how much Tamira learned about herself along the way. I only wish there was more of a holiday theme since it is classified as a holiday book, and the end of the book is the only emphasis on the holidays.

But when Caden is lured out by her cousin when he tasks him with responsibility, he meets Tamira, the songbird he’s been listening to, and falls hard and fast for this woman. She swore to herself she’d never date a soldier, but can he change her mind and get her to fall for him?
Events take place during the holiday season giving this easy reading novella a Christmassy feel. Part of the Holiday Belles series, this will certainly get the Christmas spirit flowing.

The story is about Caden, a veteran who is staying in a guest cabin at Hawk's Rest. Since he retired from the military he has been struggling so some time alone was in order to try and help acclimate back into civilian life. But he has been basically a hermit. Tamira has come to Hawk's Rest to help her aunt who is injured and owns the place. Let's just say that once Caden comes out from behind his door he and Tamira are sparking enough chemistry between them to melt all the snow on the mountain.

This book is a part of the Holiday Belles series and focuses on Caden and Tamira. Tamira is helping out at Hawk's Rest after her aunt gets hurt and needs help running things. Caden is struggling to deal with adjusting to civilian life after his time in the military. He came to Hawk's Rest to clear his head and get some perspective. What he finds is the love of his life and is determined to make her his for the rest of their lives. I absolutely loved this story and seeing former characters! I'm so excited about Caden's brothers story. Great addition to the series.

This is a a sweet but also a little bit steamy holiday romance Caden came to Hawk's Rest to try to clear his mind since he's been struggling to adjust to civilian life since he left the military. Tamira is at Hawk's Rest to help out after her aunt got hurt and needs help running things. Tamira is surprised by Caden when she first sees him he's absolutely gorgeous Caden is just as smitten with Tamira. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this book to see what happens. I would definitely recommend reading this book.

A really good Christmas love story
I loved this book. Enjoyed reading Cadon and Tamira's love story. It was also like visiting old friends since I read everyone's story that Tamira talked about in her family and friends. Cadon came to the Nest to recuperate from military service. All he did was sleep and eat one meal a day until Bolt showed up. He got Cadon out of bed (you'll have to read the book to find out how that happened) and gave him a couple of jobs he had to do. It certainly did wake him up. Read how their lives blended together and their plans for the future. I really enjoyed this book and hope you will as well. Written by Cindy :)

Quick wonderful story. Caden is a vet trying to find himself in the civilian world. Tamira used to be an army brat but is at Hawk's Rest helping her Aunt. With Tamira singing Caden finds his peace. He wants to meet his songbird. Finally he comes out of his room and Tamira is surprised at how gorgeous he is. There is an instant connection between Tamira and Caden but Tamira swore that she's never get involved with a military guy. Caden has his work cut out for him. What a fantastic way to kick off the holiday season. I mean what is not to love a cabin in the mountains, a former military alpha male, a female hospitality worker who loves the holiday season, instant attraction, and icing on the cake, the Christmas season. Fern Fraser has crafted a heartwarming holiday story about one man's struggle to find himself and his soul after leaving the military and a young woman trying to find what she really wants. Christmas Kisses is a well written story that draws readers in with is wonderful and loving characters and the strong sense of family. I can't wait to read about the other Bishop brothers.

Ms. Fraser has done it again... she's woven a sexy, sweet picture with Caden & Tamira's story. They were so perfectly for each other. Their chemistry sizzled and sparked right off the pages. Caden's honesty, protectiveness and dedication is every girls' dream. I particularly love how each of Ms. Fraser's books are stand alone stories, yet if you've read several (or many, like me) there are recurring characters from her other stories that give it more depth and make it even more enjoyable. This was a fantastic Christmas story with a perfect ending.

I thought that this was a really sweet book. I really liked Tamira and Caden together. These two are truly each other's other half. I really enjoyed the connection and the chemistry between these two. There are some obstacles that Tamira and Caden have to work through on their road to an HEA but it just makes them that much stronger. I enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Fern as a great author.

I thought that this was a really sweet book. I really liked Tamira and Caden together. These two are truly each other's other half. I really enjoyed the connection and the chemistry between these two. There are some obstacles that Tamira and Caden have to work through on their road to an HEA but it just makes them that much stronger. I enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Fern as a great author.

This entertaining book 2 in the Multi-Author Series: The Holiday Belles Book Series has a unique and holiday-inspired, instalove, feisty woman and sexy man romance. This has a short, sweet, and steamy story with unique and interesting characters with likable and relatable personalities. This very well-written book has Characters with depth, unique personalities and well-constructed histories. She falls for him when rescues her. I cannot wait to read more in this Series, I have to read book 1 to catch up.

Caden has just gotten out of the military and is at Hawks Rest trying to find himself. Tamira is working there while her aunt recoups from a broken leg. From the moment the two meet the chemistry sizzles between them. Both feel broken inside but feel the pull between them. An engaging emotional read. The characters are relatable and easy to like. They both have lost in the past but feel the love between them to make them whole. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Tamira is looking after her cousins cabin when she meets Caden, who is a guest there. Caden has been very reclusive but as soon as he sets eyes on Tamira he knows he wants her. Tamira has lost quite a lot in her life but with the time she has been spending with Caden she actually sees a future with him, it is as if they are just meant for each other, especially when Caden comes to her rescue when she finds herself in danger. A really great love story, with lovely characters and a happily ever after.

Tamira and Caden's story was such a quick and fun read. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I like how Tamira is able to bring Caden out of his stooper. Caden is a former soldier who is back from years of service. He is trying to deal with everything he has gone through. He is seeking solitude in the mountains. Tamira loves to sing and Caden finds it calming. The two end up stranded at the resort she works at during a storm. The two can't fight the chemistry between them. This is a great story and I love the HEA.

Another great book by a great author that you will instantly fall in love with! These two characters share a special connection with both knowing what the army can do to someone. He’s looking for piece and quite but he’s in for a rude awakening. The more you read about these two unique characters the more you fall in love. Definitely a book you’re not going to want to miss out on!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Caden comes to the mountains to recover and after getting a wake up call not to waste away, he meets Tamira. Caden quickly realizes that she is what he needs and wants. After a scare, Tamira realizes what ifs were clouding her mind and realizes Caden is what she wants. They talk honestly and work out what they want and Caden asks her to be his.

What a sweet Christmas romance! I loved the chemistry between Caden and Tamira. They each had issues to work thru but that made the story real. The setting was perfect for this book. This is a shorter story that I didn't want to end but I had to get to the HEA. Everyone will enjoy this uplifting holiday story.
