Ready-to-Use Christmas Borders on Layout Grids

Rate this book
This collection of copyright-free decorative borders features dozens of festive motifs for the holiday season — a hectic time of year for any commercial artist. Noted graphic artist and illustrator Ed Sibbett, Jr., provides a variety of eye-pleasing, attention-getting graphics that includes sprigs of holly and evergreen, ornaments, bells, poinsettias, and angelic heralds.
As an added feature, all of the 24 full-page and 16 half-page frames are printed on nonreproducible blue background grids, numbered in half inches and ruled in eighths of an inch for accurate centering of type. (Grids disappear when photographed, leaving bold, clear designs.)
Time-saving and inexpensive, these versatile ready-to-use borders are just the thing to enhance posters, advertisements, menus, invitations, announcements — any printed message — and will be a welcome addition to the resource libraries of busy graphic designers.
