The Billionaires Club #3

The Billionaire's Big Bold Woman

Rate this book
Two years ago, my ex-wife tried to frame me for embezzlement. My life crumbled, leaving me the single father of two little girls. I swore I'd never trust a woman again… Until Jenna Kirby waltzes into my life and turns it upside down. She's like no one I've ever met. Her bright eyes and big personality hide a heart of gold. I've never felt like this about anyone. Neither have my girls. My ex-wife going to prison didn't destroy us but losing Jenna will. If I can't convince her to keep us, we may never recover. I came to town to do a job. Instead, I spend the day playing pirates with two precocious little girls. When I meet their father, Mac Sterling, my whole life changes. He's the most amazing father I've ever met. He might also be the hottest. The way I feel about him and his daughters is unreal. But he gave love a chance once and got burned. Worse, so did his girls. Asking him to take a chance on loving me when it could hurt them is terrifying. But I know this man and his girls were meant for me. Somehow, I'll make him see it too. When this billionaire single father and his twins fall for a curvy reporter, they'll pull out all the stops to keep her forever. If sugary-sweet and extra steamy romance, doting daddies, and wily little girls make your heart pitter-patter, you'll love Mac, Jenna, and the twins! As always, Nichole Rose books come complete with a sugary-sweet and guaranteed HEA.

Another cute story and I am always a sucker for a single dad and this one has twin girls (5 years old).

Jenna arrives to do an interview and she is greeted by the twins playing pirates. Their father Mac is right behind them growling and being protective. Mac was dealt a raw deal by his ex so he is cautious about starting something with Jenna although he wants to.

I enjoyed it. If you are looking for a quick read for an hour I suggest this author.

Looking for something sweet and a single dad this is it..

We knew Mac from his brothers book (pervious book) he was dealing with a ex-wife who tried to frame him but it didn't work. Now hes a single dad rasing his daughter's No time for love he's been burned enough or so he thought when Jenna drove up his driveway. Theirs a spark between them and he doesn't wanna let go of that. Jenna there to interview his brother but she's been crushing on Mac and falls in love with his girls their relationship is hot and fast their is little drama and really the ex is only mentioned she's never shown.

I love the relationship between the girls and Jenna and how they loved hanging around with her I do wish we had more moments between them. But it was fast and super cute.

"I've been here exactly five minutes and my ovaries are already screaming at me to make babies with this man."

Bless Nichole Rose for brining us this hot addition to The Billionaires' Club. It's on the re-read shelf, no qualms about it. Someday soon I'm going to go back and re-read all of her books in the right order lol.

This was sexy, and cute, and playful.
I had a really good time reading it.
It was just wholesome.
But also super dirty.
And that’s an almost perfect combination in my opinion.

I loved these two together.
And the twins.
They were so cute and mischievous.

My heart just feels all that sappy, happy fuzziness after reading this sweetness.

And the sex. Hot fuckin damn. If there is one thing you can say about this author’s books, it’s that they almost always have fire sex scenes.

I can’t wait for the next one.

If you like instalove stories, this is the book for you. The attraction is quick, the sexual interest is immediate, and the romance and story gratefully a little longer. Not much.

You have your alpha male, Mac, and his adorably funny as well mischievous twins, Isla and Bella, age five. These two are who truly drew me into the story hook, line, and sinker.

What I love about this author, is that she has this alpha dad, wrapped around these two fingers. However, she has him, empowering them to explore, have adventures, anything, and anywhere their imagination takes them. Even as pirates and princesses.

You see he and his ex pro football player brother, Ian along with his girls were hurt terribly. When his ex Marion tried to blame and frame him for stealing from his own brother. Holly, Ian's wife is the one that found the truth. That Marion had done it and she is now in prison for a long time.

Then, Jenna arrives to do a story on Ian, and sparks fly when Mac and Jenna’s, eyes meet. Right away Jenna is in love with the girls, but, with, Mac it's sheer lust. Which never happens. Being a size twenty, she is very guarded with her heart, and body. Enjoy how they both, overcome their past.

It is an enjoyable, funny read. It becomes real, and true, quickly. These two are, a sexually active couple, in mind, and body, and it's hot. So, be aware.

The plot is ridiculous, and usually I dig that, but not this time, maybe I'm not just in the mood??? Anyway, it was insta-love for Jenna and Mac and they were dropping love bombs on the second day. The story literally happened over two days and she went back to Nashville for 5 days only to quit her job and move into Mac's home.

Maybe because the timeline is way too fast, I didn't feel the tension nor chemistry between them. The instant attraction didn't work out so well for me this time. But I did like the twins and their fondness with Jenna even though they only knew her for a few hours. And I like Mac's relationship with his children and how he's always there for them.

Overall, I didn't enjoy this unlike the first two books. The love was so unbelievable and it didn't help that they wanted to get pregnant on their first time adding the fact it's only the second day of them knowing each other. Anyway, though this didn't work out for me other readers might find this up their alley.

Safety warnings:
- No cheating / opd / 3rd act breakup
- Novella
- Breeding kink

- H (Single dad, divorced for 2 years, married for 10 years but he's not in love with his ex-wife doesn't make sense how he stayed with her for a long time)

The couple: Mac and Jenna

Romance trope: insta-love
Series: The Billionaire's Club
Length: 142 pages

Plot: Jenna is tasked to write an article about Mac's brother and particularly the scandal where Mac's ex-wife stole money from their company. She doesn't want a tabloid article though so she is determined to focus on other things. Once she meets single dad Mac, though, all she can focus on is him. When Mac meets Jenna, he realizes he's found the perfect mom for his girls and the woman he can love forever. But will his past stand in their way?

Commentary: This one was super cute most especially because of the way that Jenna embraced Mac's twin girls. She loved them from the very beginning and she had no problem telling them that and then moving into that parental role. Those scenes were actually the best. The scenes between Jenna and Mac generally followed the same patterns as the other couples from this author: more dominant male, sweet, almost naive heroine; sex scenes where she says very little except for his name and he takes control with the aim to breed. I mean it works, but it's predictable, so the scenes with the kids helped to break that up.

Previous book in the series: The Billionaire's Big Bold Wish

I love all of Nichole Rose's books and how they interconnect. Hands down, this is my absolute favorite couple and I didn't think there was any way to top the others. We met Mac in his brother's book, Keep You, so we were there to witness the devastation his ex-wife, Marion caused. I am so glad we got Mac's book and that him and his adorable girls were able to experience unconditional love from Jenna, who just happens to be Jason's sister (from the book Adore You).

Mac carried so much guilt and felt like he failed his daughters by staying with Marion. And don't even get me started on Marion - she was just horrible all the way around. Mac wasn't prepared for Jenna and her amazing heart. They both fell for each fast, and Jenna, naturally fell for Bella and Isla, those two girls were so cute and awesome! I mean how could you not love cat-burger pirate princesses?!?!

I loved every part of this story, especially the epilogue!

I received an ARC for my honest opinion.

When I open a Nichole Rose book I knew that I am going to get instant connections and alpha tendencies that are almost over the top. Mac does not disappoint with this...he and Jenna meet and it's destiny from the get go. I love Rose's stories because I can always count on her writing to be what I need at the moment.

Jenna and Mac's story was the icing on the cake. I enjoy the over all feeling of the story. Seeing how he loves his twin girls and Jenna fall right in love with them also. Mac will do anything to make sure Jenna is his. He didn't wait no time in adding the charm and dirty talk in.

Another great story from Ms Rose and I can't wait to read more.

This is my first Nichole Rose book and I am now a fan girl. This is the story of Mac, Jenna and Mac's adorable but feisty five year old twin girls.
Jenna is a reporter and she is here for the story. What she is isn't expecting is to have a instant attraction to the total alpha, gruff over protecting single dad Mac.
Mac is a family man and when this beautiful, intelligent, caring woman walks into his world he is going to do his best to make her all his!
A short, sweet, funny, and oh yes sizzling connection between Jenna and Mac.

I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own. This was a rather an astonishingly sweet, page turner/swipe left story that captured my attention & didn’t let go till the very end. Embark on a romantic whirlwind where deep, proving that an all encompassing love can exists and maddening lust induced chills occur from simple touches. Where sometimes blood isn’t necessarily thicker than water. Where one can love a child as much as a child borne from one’s own. Where sometimes “stepparent” is more loving than the “parent” Love stories about plus-size goddesses and the men that love them. Real world is composed of different sizes, colors & backgrounds. A well worth reading heartwarming romance. A story that will make you laugh out loud, sprinkled with heartwarming stages and with a very sexy tale. Only way to find out what happens is by grabbing your copy of this book. Don’t hesitate to get your copy. Well worth the download but not surprising since I have loved everything I’ve read from Nichole Rose so far. Can’t wait to get my hands on her next love story.

OMG! This is the sweetest, quick, adorable, short read!! With an outstanding HEA!!

Jenna meets Mac when she is going to interview his brother Ian. Before Jenna is introduced to him she meets Mac's adorable twin daughters Isla and Bella. Ian isn't available for the interview, so Mac ask Jenna if she would mind sticking around to watch over his daughter as he takes an important call. Jenna agrees because she is already head over heels in love with his daughters. Jenna ends up cooking dinner for them, with the help of Isla and Bella, who tell Jenna Mac can't cook. Later when the girls fall asleep Mac and Jenna start to realize they are also falling for each other. Jenna doesn't understand how she can fall so fast for a man she just met and his adorable twin daughter. Mac takes Jenna out to dinner the next night and his daughter are very proud of their father. When it's time for Jenna to head back to her own live, the girls are devastated and so is Mac. Jenna can't leave them, she is also devastated, but she knows she will return within the week. Mac can't take Jenna being away for so long. Mac heads to Chattanooga to bring Jenna back home. Mac offers his story to the press in return that Jenna can work remotely. Jenna doesn't want to hurt the girls or Mac so she knows the only thing to do is quit her job, she doesn't like. Jenna and Mac have a wonderful HEA!

Jenna is at Ian's house to do a story on his time playing professional ball. She is not the typical reporter, going after all the dirt. Jenna knows what that's like and is determined to do this job the way it was supposed to be done. Mac is at the house with his girls and Ian's son. All it took was a look and some sassy pirate talk. But she's here to do a job, not fall in love with Mac and his girls. Too late for that... Will she stay or will she go back to her job?

The range this author has to go from book 1 to 2 to now this one. Each book feels vastly different, well written, and draws you in. Be ready to laugh and cry a little in this one. Marion would make most readers feel stabby.... but there was a smidgen of redemption.

DNF @ 13%

I have officially given up on this author. The insta-love, which I usually don’t mind, is awkward as hell and holds absolutely no chemistry between the MC’s. I wouldn’t even say it’s insta-love, more like porn banter that starts the moment the characters meet.

For example.

First MC’s conversation:
“Hi, I’m Peggy sue.”
“Hi, I’m John smith. Nice to meet you.”

*Loads of monologue.

The next MC’s conversation (this is taking place by 13%, example only/not a sample of the book) :
“I’m going to fuck you so hard, baby.”
“Oh yeah? You’re gonna fuck me? I’m soooo wet.”

??????? It’s just beyond random and as I mentioned above, AWKWARDDDDD.

The inner monologue… Jesus. That probably takes up about 95% of the book while the remaining 5% are the characters actually talking. This is a continuous pattern with this author in her books. Just nonstop rambling.

This is how the book is written. How most of her books are written. I understand the need for introduction of the MC’s lives but holy shit, stop the inner rambling.

Personally, It’s a huge pet peeve for me.
Repetitive wording / repeat of the same monologue.
🙃

I can’t. This author is just not my cup of tea or my shot of whiskey. I give up.

If any of that ^ bothers you, skip this read. Thank me later.

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.

Mac’s story, his wife, Marion worked for his brother, Ian. She was embezzling money from Ian and was going to pin everything on Mac, who is a billionaire in his own construction business.
He knew she was mean and a terrible mom to their twin girls, but he stayed with her because she threatened to take the girls away from him. When everything came to light she was arrested and he divorces her. He’s raising the girls with the help of his family, they have questions and sometimes nightmares about their mom but otherwise doing ok. Jenna is a reporter who comes to interview Ian as a former NFL player for a piece on his former team. She knows of Marion’s crime but refuses to ask any questions about it. She meets his twin girls playing pirate and she plays along. Mac & Jenna’s chemistry is scorching hot from the instant they see each other. He does dirty talk so well and Jenna is all for it.
Their relationship moves fast, sexy tines are hot with more dirty talk. The girls really like her and Mac loves her. I liked how not everything is rainbows and sunshine with their being a new family. There are growing pains and issues for the girls to deal with from their time with Marion. But Jenna never wavers in her love for the girls, or for Mac, she is their rock. The girls love her too and call her mom.
Epilogue five years later with Marion reaching out to apologize to the girls and writes of her gratitude for Jenna and her love and acceptance of her girls. They have two sons, a baby girl, and another baby on the way.
So much love between all the characters, I liked that there were no games between Mac and Jenna, they both recognized how they felt and their connection. Loved her connection to the girls too.

Love love Love Nichole Rose, but I just don't think I'm meant to read single father romances. They just end up feeling annoying and preachy and like: WE GET IT!!!! SHE'S SUPER GREAT, HE'S SUPER GREAT, EVERYONE IS SUPER GREAT! The writing is as good as ever and there was still stuff I liked. Mac's internal monologue's were fun. I think a lot of the sickly-sweet sentiments behind this one just set my teeth on edge. Both of their backstories really bothered me. Marion was such an over the top one dimensional villain (in this book AND the other one she appeared in) and Jenna's "harassed" by the press once thing was a weird origin story. I found myself rolling my eyes a lot. Some of the values talk and situations just felt forced to me. I can usually read a Rose book in one sitting, but this took me a few days.
I think if you're already a fan of this trope, you're going to really enjoy this one. It's still got all of Rose's usual style. For me it was too much and I'm looking forward to her next one to love instead.

This was such a great read!

This book was fantastic! You could feel the chemistry between Jenna & Mac pulsing off the pages from the second their eye locked onto each other for the first time. If you are looking for some good steamy times and some wholesome family content this is the book you want to pick up as soon as you can.

I had been anticipating getting Mac’s story after reading his brother Ian’s book, and it’s safe to say that I may have a favorite brother and his name might rhyme with the word snack. 😉 This Single dad instalove romance was everything you could want and more! There was a conclusion to the issue with Mac’s ex, beautiful twin girls that will steal your heart, and new found romance with a Happily ever after. Mac’s girls were such a highlight of this story and I really appreciated that they were in the story so much. Their relationship with their family was precious and Jenna was instantly welcomed into the fold in such a sweet way. I have loved the Billionaires’ club so much and hope we get more in the future.

“You made my knees weak.”
“Yeah? You mad about it?”
“Maybe.”
“Go before I really do put you over my knees and turn that gorgeous ass red for f*king with me.”

I loved so much about Mac and Jenna’s insta love story. I adore single dad romances, and this was the first I’ve read of Nichole Rose’s making and she did not disappoint.

As steamy as her other stories but without sacrificing the relationship development between Jenna and Mac’s twin daughters, though they were as insta-love with her as Mac was and they were hilarious to boot, I’m so happy that their characters weren’t shortchanged in the making of this romance. They were as key to it as Jenna and Mac. And Mac is *such a good dad*. Letting his little girls be curious and adventurous and chaotic, consciously raising them to be warrior women and not polite, curtailed ladies.

And when you learn just *who* Bella and Isla become in relation to the rest of Nichole Rose’s works? 🤩 I almost lost my little mind and they definitely deserve a reread now that I have their “origin” story.

Cannot, and will never, recommend ALL of Nichole Rose enough.

What the fuck did I just read?!

I guess with a title like that and the typical time of reading I should’ve seen it coming but oh wow, I was not ready.

I thought I had read insta love, spoiler alert, I hadn’t.

If I thought two weeks was not enough time, five fucking days was a joke.

I read this because of the single dad cute romance tropes and some extracts from TT but this wasn’t even a novel this was straight up porn.

And honestly it wasn’t even good smut, it was so cringe, awkward and WTF, why did he refer to his dick as a he?! Also who tf actually thinks the word ”gulp” in their inner thoughts?!

I cringed every two pages and the second hand embarrassment made me have to put the book down, I honestly don’t even know why I finished this.

The plot was ridiculous and cringe, there was barely any at all and honestly all of it just felt inconsequential because of the instantaneousness of all that was this book.

In conclusion, save yourself 3 hours and go read something better.

Excellent! About forgiveness and closure

Wow! What a great story about Mac and Jenna, his little girls Bella and Isla so cute and mischievousness, so devastating that their mother did that too their father and uncle, Why? I believe that Marion was Jealous wanted Mac to be in love with her, spoiled and mentally screwed up. I don't know how a person can do that, especially all Mac wanted was to have a family and love for his daughters and him. Marion you messed up big time girl. As soon as he sees reporter Jenna, that was it. The girls called her Princess Jenna and fell in love her, Jenna fell in love with the girls as well. They all became a family, 4 kids later, married and living happily ever after. I am glad that Marion reached out to the girls, they need closure, I hope one day they will see their mom and she is a better person for them

wow!

I adore Mac, Jenna, and the girls! The emotion is beautifully written and you can tell he puts her first with the girls and that’s so healthy to see!

I will say though, I wasn’t thrilled with how the Marion situation was handled. Frankly neither Mac or Marion was fair in their relationship. She for staying with a man hoping he would eventually fall in love with her and him for staying with someone he didn’t love out of obligation. I will never ever condone Marion’s behavior, but I can understand why she felt resentful after years of loving someone who will never love you back. Love can turn into resentment, you see it all the time. So to say she never loved Mac I think is unfair. Neither of them took care of themselves and their needs and it created that toxic mess.

This is hands down, my favorite in the Billionaire's Club series! Mac is a single father to two adorable twin girls and Jenna is a reporter. She is interviewing Mac's brother Ian and arrives to see the cutest little pirate princesses ever. Its almost as though the girls steal Jenna's heart first. When Mac shows up, her ovaries just about explode and the attraction is very, very mutual. The chemistry between them, the sweet manner he and Jenna have with the girls all weave a spell that kept me turning the pages as quickly as I could. Jenna is so perfect for this family, for Mac and he feels blessed to have found her. I couldn't get enough of these two and would have happily read their entire life story. Brava Ms Rose, this was your best book yet! All the stars for Jenna and Mac!

Jenna is a reporter that due to her brother obtained an interview with Ian Sterling. She gets to his house and meets two of the most precocious little girls, their father is Ian's brother Mac. Little does she know how quickly her life will change.

Mac is not looking for a woman to share his life, his ex almost landed him in jail instead of her. Jenna is like no one he's ever met and his attraction is instantaneous. His brother is at the hospital with his wife and she decides to wait around for a while.

The chemistry is hot between the two and neither deny what they are feeling. This was great story and highly recommended.

Jenna and Mac

Poor Mac. He has been through the ringer with his ex wife. Now, two years after she started her stay in prison, he is faced with the most beautiful woman that he ever seen, Jenna. He had promised himself he was done with women and he was serious about it. He had kept his promise for two years and yhe last thing he expects is to find the perfect mate fir himself and a loving mother to his twin daughters. Great plot. Very well written though I felt the time line to fast passed. I also loved the unexpected letter from Marion at the end snd how the girls didn't felt the need to hear from her. They had a fantastic mother in Jenna and s happy and healthy family with their parents and siblings. Highly recommended

The Billionaire’s Big Bold Woman is the third installment in Nichole Rose’s The Billionaire’s Club. In it, she chronicles the romantic journey of Jenna Kirby, an reporter, an Mac Sterling, a single father, a billionaire and friend of Jenna’s brother, Jason. They meet when Jenna shows up for an interview with Mac’s brother, Ian. Destiny intervenes when Ian is called away and Mac steps up. Jenna is smitten with Mac’s twin girls. Sparks fly between Mac and Jenna. Theirs should be a forbidden and age-gap romance. To find out what happens, you must read this book.

Once again, Ms. Rose penned a remarkable age-gap and forbidden romance. Her characters are multi-dimensional. She reveals their strengths and vulnerabilities, thus, endearing them to her readers and making them real. Her dialog is strong. Her use of a dual POV further helps readers to understand the lead characters and their dynamics. The inclusion of the pair of adorable twin girls as secondary characters was outstanding. Their antics and dialogs were quite amusing and definitely added to this story.
