Includes the most recent pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. The Balance Sheet. Balance Sheet Changes; Income Measurement. Accounting Records and Systems. Revenues and Monetary Assets. Expense Measurement; The Income Statement. Inventories and Cost of Sales. Noncurrent Assets and Depreciation. Liabilities and Equity. Statement of Cash Flows. Good teaching of accounting basics in a learn-by-doing workbook. Starts with basic concepts, journal entries, the general ledger, and covers the various financial statements - balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows, as well as the relationships among them. But, I don't like the formatting of the book (each half of the book is printed upside down from each other other, so you have to flip the book if you want to read something from the other half, such as referencing the exhibits) and some of the concepts could have been made clearer.
