This book is a must have for all that are concerned with the increasing diseases within our world. The one I own is a few years old but its provides information for nearly very disease. If you have children, I would recommend purchasing.
if you need quick reference for basic info on an infectious disease, this is clear, concise, easy to use. you can get bigger, thicker books but why when it's all in this pocket book?
This is a bible of all communicable diseases. Great as a supplement text to my infectious disease epidemiology class, but probably not what you would consider good pleasure reading.
