This a book for every lady looking to navigate corporate politics, stepping into a new role, taking on an interview process, negotiating for a raise and earning the prom9tion. What I liked most about about the book is that it tried to highlight specific but prevalent issues women face at the office including evident and silent biases with compounded effect on women of colour.
Just finished this fabulous book - it is all about how to advocate for yourself in your career and ultimately help to eliminate the gender wage gap! This simple step by step guide is full of inspirational case studies of amazing women who have created changed, including AOC! A must read for anyone who wants some career advice✨
Excellent book, I am going to pass it on to my daughter to read. It's an eye-opener about how women struggle in the workplace. It encourages you to go on and demand/defend your right to be treated equally as men.
