I have been MNT biking for years and didn't think I would enjoy the books as much I have. I thought I knew everything and felt pretty good about my biking tips and tricks. Now I have more things in my arsenal of bike riding tips and tricks that I can't wait to go out and try.

This book is more than just TIPS and tricks for a beginner or the advanced rider. This book has a personal touch of a woman who set out on a journey to learn and make MNT Biking more accessible to women who perhaps can feel dis-enfranchised when riding single track.

The personal touches, and the additional stories by locals and their perspectives are really inspiring, and it makes you feel that you are not alone in the women's biking world, whether you are a beginner or an expert this is a great book.

The illustrations are also top notch - sometimes a visual really connects what the author is describing, and there is a delicious recipe.

Great Book and a great GIFT IDEA!
