Just WOW!
I read a lot of nonfiction because I love learning, and you never know when you will read something that will make a tectonic shift in your life (or at least apply to it). I'm always drawn to business, real estate, and finance books because, well, money is a big deal. After a side comment my realtor made when I bought my current house, I've been thinking more strongly about real estate investing and have been reading a lot of books on the topic.
But, this book literally blew me away! I had never considered this type of real estate investing before. I assumed that I would buy houses and become a landlord, which is what my realtor was doing. But I absolutely love, love, love what this author shares in this book. The book is practical and hands on, and you can tell the author is experienced in exactly what he is talking about, and he shares his knowledge with us. When I get into real estate investing once my job situation stabilizes, I am going to practice what this author states in this book. Again, I rarely make this sort of comment, but I truly feel like the scales have been taken from my eyes, and I have learned something that will be paying dividends for years. I'm very excited to start! Thank you, Mr./Ms. Blast, for giving me hope for my financial future.

A great guide to start investing in land. It is a niche of real estate investing, but one that doesn't have much competition and has a lower cost of entry than other forms of real estate. This book walks you through each step, even though the book is a quick read. It may be short, but it gets right to the point and tells you what you need to know. I look forward to making my first land deal and putting some of the principles in this book in action.

Decent Basics
You will learn a lot of basic information on land investing and reselling in this low cost book. There’s a lot more to it than the book covers - and that will lead you into a course or membership. So you get a little infomercial here. Having said that, you do get enough breadcrumbs and suggestions to get started.

Very informative
This was exactly the type of book that a beginning land investor should read. It provides step by step instructions on how to get a deal done. You can tell the author has used these methods before. I can’t wait to get started.

Play also rights with humor and expertise and even with compassion and understanding for both the seller and the buyer which I think is very important! It definitely got me thinking!

Great guide for beginners. Good writing style!
Great guide for someone that is looking at getting into land investing. I think even experienced investors might learn something. I like his style of writing, very to the point with no fluff. Quick read!

Great Overview
The author gives the reader a great overview of everything you need start on. It lacks detail in certain areas, but it would have hurt the flow and breath of the book if he had covered in its totality. It’s definitely recommended if you want to buy land.

It gave what it was supposed to give
It was easy to understand and I gained more knowledge than I previously had. If you have no idea how to get started, this is a great book to start with.

Great info for beginners
The book is easy to understand and gives great tips on buying and selling. It isn't very long so it isn't overwhelming. I'd highly recommend the book if you're interested in land investing like I am.
