I haven't read a book on sex in, like, maybe ever, so my rating may not be accurate. It's an easy read, informative, and probably useful for any level reader who has questions about sex. It is not limited to those who have little or no knowledge, as it addresses sexual concerns, problems and solutions for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the sexual relationship between husband and wife. That said, the spiritual aspect is rather cursory (common for most "christian counseling" type books I have read on marriage, family, and the like) including some awful textual application wildly out of context, such as using John 8:32 to address stress marks. I do recommend it for this type of material.

When I read this the first time, it was right before Justin and I got married. Frankly, I thought I knew enough...this book was for those sheltered homeschool kids who didn't want to know more than the basics for fear of being tempted into fornication. Maybe it was the fact that I figured we wouldn't have any of the problems this book addresses. I don't know...all I do know is that the second time I read it, I raised the rating from a 2 to a 4. I think I've said enough. :)

This book provided an theologically sound and yet surprisiingly fun way to approach the sacred covenant a man and woman have inside of marriage. Definite read for any couple wanting to find intimacy in marriage and explore sex in a healthy way.
If you are not married, this book will prove worthy of preparing you for your future spouse.
