Wow. I know Carlos personally and professionally...and I couldn’t be more proud of his efforts at giving back. In this quick and easy book, Carlos provides a ton of simple but experienced advice and gives it to you in the most genuine and caring way possible. It’s a great starting point! I am already thinking of a few people I am going to recommend this to...and hope some of them put it on their desk to share with others! The transition is a challenge but the author gives great advice. Worth reading.
