I really enjoyed reading this book, which is about Sally Morgan, a famous medium who lives in the UK. Her book tells about what life was like for her when she was growing up, as well as what it was like for her during the covid pandemic, and how she was able to do her work while there were lockdowns going on.

She also delves into how we can tap into the energy that is all around us, so that we can live more healthy and abundant lives. I enjoyed reading about her adventures with her shows, her readings and her personal life, as well as her explanations of the history of spirituality, and how we can also live a more spiritual life.

This is a great book, which I recommend highly.

Secret Spirit is a non-fiction book written by Sally Morgan. Often known as Britain’s best-loved psychic, in her latest book Sally talks about the spirit energy that resides in all of us and how we can become more attuned to it.


As spirituality becomes more popular many people are looking for guidance about their own paths. The events of the last two years have forced changes on us and made most of us look at the way we live. Sometimes those changes have been positive; for some, it’s stopped the daily speeding train of existence and many have decided to make their own way to new destinations.

Sally’s book sets down easy-to-read advice on ways to improve our spiritual journeys. The book is sprinkled with stories and anecdotes from Sally’s many years of psychic readings, while she also talks openly about recent readings for people who have lost loved ones during the pandemic.

If you’ve ever seen Sally on stage or television and enjoyed what she does and her style of delivery, then you will probably really enjoy this book as much as I did. In a way it brings Sally alive and helps to spark that spirit energy that we hold inside, inspiring readers to pick up the baton and run with the ideas. Highly recommended.

I really didn't expect to feel so moved and emotional after reading this book.

I absolutely loved it! This book has so much heart, and is filled with positive, uplifting stories. It boosted me up, and broke my heart all in one go!
Apart from reviewing how this book made me feel, I am struggling to write about what this book actually is. What it's about. I don't think I can write about that, as it is just all about the feeling. I can see myself coming back to this book every time I need a boost. I would describe myself as spiritual, and therefore this book sang from my hymnbook, and I think it really helps to aid my practise. Sally certainly knows her stuff!

I also kept thinking about poor Sally and the loss of her husband from Covid - something that I assume happened after she had written the book. It was something in the back of my mind when reading. Incredibly sad.

Absolutely beautiful book! One that I will re-read time and time again.

It’s always been an interesting topic for me and the difference of peoples opinions when it comes to the spiritual world. It’s a topic that has me so far divided and one that I can change if influenced.

Sally focuses on spiritual energy within this book and explores how we all can become more attuned & improve on it. The book is full of stories and antidotes spanning over the many years that Sally has been doing psychic readings, which was insightful. However the book felt very real for me as Sally discussed recent readings of those who have lost loved ones during the pandemic. It was a bit close to home!

Although it’s a book that focuses on the dead it’s also inspiring and uplifting, in the sense that it’s makes you realise how the world has actually changed for the good over the last two years due to the pandemic.

Whether you do or don’t believe, I think Sally has a way of convincing you through her energy and reputation as a medium.

I really expected more from this book, having watched Sally Morgan on the television so many times. However, it felt all a bit self-indulgent and concentrated too much on spiritual beliefs and training one's mind to harness the power of spirit for a better life. I was hoping for more of her usual humour, love and stories about people she has been able to help reach someone in the spirit world.

Secret Spirit is an interesting read for anyone who is fascinated by the spirit world and would like to connect to it. Sally talks about her childhood experiences that led her to understand she was different from other people because she has the ability to see people who had passed. She goes on describe why she became a medium and how she has helped people connect to loved ones.
Sally gives advice on how to become more spiritual which can also be taken as ways to improve general mental well-being. I’m also a strong believer in trying to remain positive and practising mindfulness, which helps build resilience and strength for the hard times in life.

Secret Spirit is a fabulous read that although very deep in subject leaves you feeling so calm and in-touch with your spiritual awareness.

I remember watching Sally in Celebrity Big Brother and finding what she does really interesting. Where it is part Memoir and part Self Help Guide you can really delve into unlocking your spiritual power. Whilst there will be many sceptics to the reality of a Psychic Medium, this is a topic I have always believed in and been interested about.

I really want to see Sally Live now as I really enjoyed reading about her readings and would love to experience that first hand!
