This book will give you the tools you need to overcome the anxiety by learning to communicate appropriately. You’ll learn to overcome bad habits caused by anxiety, such as jealousy and negative thoughts.
It took a solid 7 days to read this book. At times the advice was practical, and at other times it was something I needed to hear in the moment. However, the amount of grammatical errors and typos was unbelievable.
While I think that this book has some good tips, there's so many grammatical errors that it makes it hard to comprehend at times. Therefore, I decided to not go through with finishing it. Maybe one day.
