This book is a perfect read when its the midnight hour and your cozy and cuddled in blankets. I finished this book in one sitting, and I know I will be reading it again.
London and Alana are the reason for HEA, and I cheered them on until the end.
London and Alana are neighbors. Alana has deemed London Mr. Hotness and secretly watches as he has a revolving door of women nightly. When the 2 finally come face to face after Alana has a mishap in the hall its instant attraction for them both. London is the owner of Primetime Sports Managements and a very sexy, charming, Southern Playboy. The moment he lays eyes on Alana with her nerdy glasses, soft skin, and curly hair he feels something he has not felt before.
They move straight from friends to lovers, and one night turns into multiple. As their love unfold we see how they navigate insecurities, jealousy, and the journey to newfound love.

The cover might have caught my attention but that blurb hooked me, I had to learn all about London and his skills!
This was my first book from this author and I loved it! The storyline was fun, the characters had great chemistry and I never wanted the story to end. Alana was so relatable as a lead, her decisions felt like things I would do/say (to a point) and it was easy to get lost in this story. I loved London so much and the way he loved all of Alana was everything! I definitely hope I move next to a London Keith of my own soon.
I absolutely would recommend this one to other romance lovers

Alana was in a dry spell after years of celibacy. She watches her new neighbor who lives across the hall and women came and went. She noticed that all the women who leave his apartment had satisfied smile on their face. She knows that he's a player and that she should stay away from him. But spying on him has become one of her favorite pastime so much so that she dubbed him Mr. Hotness. Although Alana promise herself that she would stay away from London some how after constantly lusting from afar curiosity got the best of her and she wanted to see he put a smile on her face too. When he meet Alana he was immediately attracted to her. She had made him home cooked meal as welcome gift and the two end up talking all night. One thing led to another and they slept together. However a miscommunication caused a riff between the two. Alana suffered from self confidence issues and she did not see herself as the beautiful and sexy woman that London see. It's intriguing with captivating characters and an interesting storyline that captures the audience from the start.

Curiosity they said killed the cat or in this case spying on your neighbor well that will get you in some hot water as well the good kind of hot water. London sexy as all get out new neighbor moving in across the hall, new to the apartment, and he has a very curious neighbor or spying neighbor more like it. Alanna lives across the hall, and she watches as her neighbor as he moves in then continue to watch him as he entertains beautiful girls each evening, and he isn’t the kind of guy she wants (secretly she wants him ) shhhh she keeps telling herself he isn’t her kind of guy. The moment London sees Alana he knows she is just his kind of girl; she is his type, but her insecurities keep her from just letting go and live, how could such a hot guy want someone like her, how will he help her see she is sexy, beautiful, with the personality to match, she is the whole pkg. But is it all a bed of roses or will they get through the twists & turns fate throws at them?

I love any and all books written by Peyton Banks and her latest Mr Hotness was no exception. It was well written, had very good character developments and was very sexy and captivating! Alana and London had amazing chemistry and was a fantastic couple! Alana was a tad bit insecure and it almost ended her relationship with London. London was really popular with the ladies but had eyes for only Alana. They were adorable together. I’m always a one-click purchase for Peyton Banks books because you know that you’re going to get an extremely well written story, with great characters, awesome storytelling, and boatload of emotions! I would highly recommend this story and I’m looking forward to reading the next Peyton Banks book!

I read an abbreviated version of this story in the Tangled Sheets anthology. The book ended on a cliffhanger and I was so excited when I saw that the full version was available. Alana Thorton and London Keith may not look like they fit but they find true love. Unfortunately, Alana's confidence is shaky and she does not see herself the way that London does. When she thinks that London has stepped out on their relationship; she is devastated. She does the only thing she can do and walk away. Will she be able to get over London or is she making the biggest mistake of her life? I always love Peyton Banks' books; she always make her characters likable and the action hot, hot, hot.

4.5 stars. Alana, the female lead, has been spying on her neighbour, London, the male lead, and watching his revolving door of females. Whilst she agrees he’s gorgeous, she knows she doesn’t fit the mold. When he helps her, they connect and build a relationship but her ongoing lack of self confidence and some poor communication on his part cause them to separate. But they both find they miss the other deeply...
This story is dual POV, well written and edited, and a hot and steamy romp through building a relationship. I greatly enjoyed the relationship development and how both characters actually remembered important things about the other. The intimate scenes were involved and engaging and hot.

These two were just delightful. Each had their insecurities, but they worked it out.
Alana and London were neighbours. London had a reputation as a ladies man,, and Alana was a best girl but she was exactly his type.
This was intense and a little dramatic. The relationship wasn't all about sailing, with a few issues to get over, mostly for Alana due to body issues. The fact he wanted her just as she was should have let those insecurities go, but that was the lesson she had to learn, and learn she did.
The ending was my favourite part as it was sweet, feel good and hot. It really made the book for me. I highly recommend this, such a great read!

Wonderful read
Okay first things first......this cover is definitely Hot, hotter and white hot! I have read a number of books by Peyton Banks but this one was a bit different and a whole lot of naughty, sexy fun. The story is about Alana Thornton and London Keith. These two are opposites but there is a definitely sizzling hot connection, along with a real soul connection that is developed. This book is well written, has a great story-line that was a real enjoyable journey and wonderful characters that grow and expand as the story progresses. I really loved Alana and London and would want the as my neighbors also, especially with her lasagna...yummy!!!

Super cute story of London and Alana. London rich, sexy, playboy mega sports agent that owned his own Sports Agency. Alana short, thick, nerdy Financial Analyst.
Alana would look out of her peephole watching London parade women in and out of his apartment. Until the day came that their paths crossed in person.
Alana was everything London never knew he needed but once he first laid eyes on her she was all he needed.
Alana had serious insecurities about herself but London made sure she understood that she was the only one for him. Those same insecurities almost cost her the man of her dreams. Alana finally got it together and they were able to get their HEA.

Alana is a financial analyst and her neighbor across the hall London has a revolving door of women coming in and out of his apartment and Alana spies on him through the peephole of her door. They have a chance meeting where he helps her with a charlie horse and they thus the sparks fly. He knows he has to have her. Their journey into their relationship is so entertaining and kept me glued until the end. I absolutely loved that she was a caramel curvy nerd that he could not get enough of being around.

I really enjoyed this book. I been waiting on it since it was teased in a compilation book. I really likes London's character when he was developing showing some growth of not wanting to always be seen as a... man hoe honestly. I like that we got to see things from both characters POV. That is honestly a fave concept for me in the books because you really get to see both characters thoughts and feelings so it kind of makes it so there is no room for anything to be left out.

This was a sweet and sexy story featuring to likeable opposites. Alana Thorton is an absolutely adorable woman who is a self described nerd. London Keith is a man enjoying the fruits of his hard earned success, including a revolving bevy of woman. Alana can't deny her neighbour is hot, totally out of her league, or so she thinks. As the pair get to know each other, their attraction and relationship grows. There are some mild bumps along the way, but in the end a very satisfactory happily ever after is achieved. Looking forward to the next book in this series.

This romance just gave the warm fuzzies!
Well, it did have some great sex scenes as well, but at the end you just felt so good!
I loved both London and Alana. They were both likeable.
The only part that I wasn't a fan off is during a misunderstanding, they both seemed a little juvenile at first. That was quickly remedied, but it just didn't fit with the characters throughout the entire book.

A cosy friendship with benefits soon begins. There are misunderstandings ahead and insecurities to over come. Will Alana and London survive the tests? A very good read.

I really enjoyed London and Alana's story. She wasn't the typical type that you read about in books and that made the appeal even bigger. Their relationship was so hot and heavy, the chemistry off the chart and a wonderful happily ever after to bask in. I look forward to seeing the story about Jaxon and Sofie, there has to be one coming.

I loved this story about two complete opposites who find they have a lot more in common than they thought. This story was such a great read! It gave me heat, sweetness, some twists, and a couple that I really, really, really wanted to get their HEA. Alana and London learned a lot about themselves as they took this crazy ride but probably most of all to not judge. You just might miss out on the best thing ever. Looking forward to reading about London's brother next.

I've read several books written by Peyton Banks; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
She has written another good book. The story is about Alana & London; he’s her new neighbor and is watches as women come and go all the time. Even though she knows he’s a player and would just break her heart she can resist once she sees him without his shirt on.

This is my second time reading this book and now it have the extended version of the story and I am loving it . Alana has the hots for her neighbor London . This book is a page tuner with a lot of heat London and Alana have great chemistry in and out of bed . I highly recommend this book .

One day when she is out jogging she has a debilitating cramp in London is there to save the day. They both want to explore this thing between them but will Alana let her insecurities ruin the relationship before it even starts?

This story was featured in the "Tangled Sheets" anthology. It is a fairly short and quick read that is fast paced and enjoyable. This is Alana and London's story. He is a player and she has confidence issues. These two neighbors make for an interesting read. I enjoyed how their story developed. The attraction is definitely there as well as the sparks.
