Well-organized and informative compilation of classic and contemporary soup recipes by Chef Zimmerman. I especially appreciate Chef's suggestions for short cuts to make prep easier and for troubleshooting when things go wrong with your soup. I love that the collection of recipes includes some standards (Chicken Noodle, Potato Leek) as well as some newer flavor combinations (Ginger Chicken Zoodle, Wild Salmon and Soba). Thank you, Callisto Media for providing me with a copy of this book to review.
