This was a great read to round out 2021! I’ve been licensed since April 2019, so this was really my first big year. This is a great book when thinking about 2022 goals, and what to implement in the future.
It’s a quick read with just enough anecdotes. The advice was solid, and even though I’m an avid reader, I still found myself with a few fresh, new takeaways.
I appreciated the free downloads, too.
I wanted to purchase the companion journal, but I had sticker shock via Amazon. With no reviews yet PLUS having already purchased a pricey planner for the upcoming year, I couldn’t justify the cost. It would be awesome if a coupon code were included for people who’d read the book.
The distinct chapter material would allow this to be a great book-club read within a brokerage.
I’m glad I purchased it: looking forward to implementing what I’ve learned, and even the ideas that weren’t brand-new to me were still very well presented.
I’ve already recommended this twice to my broker, and will continue to do so to others in the real estate community. Thank you!
