set of essays n poetry on Aj's work that are very nourishing for the brain. AJ's work as non-didactic but rather a black common sense—"revolutionary, reformist, and reactionary values forged into an experiential predicament." really into the cecil taylor interview that speaks on black methodology and improvisation. we can not and should not separate ourselves from our rich artistic heritage!
