Marriage and Mischief is Book Twelve of the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series.
Sun-drenched Florida beaches. A Fair Trade jewelry shop owner. A page-turner mystery.
Connie’s wedding is just two weeks away! Her closest family has arrived in southwest Florida in anticipation of the big day and all the preparations are on schedule. The only thing left to do is enjoy this time with her family and await her big day. At least that’s what she thinks before her beloved pastor, who is supposed to perform the wedding, suddenly goes missing.
Will Connie's sleuthing skills be enough to find Fr. Paul, and if she does finds him, will it be too late?
If you enjoy page-turner mysteries, loveable characters, and palm trees swaying in the breeze, you’ll love the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series.
Angela K. Ryan is the author of the Sapphire Beach Cozy Mystery Series, the Seaside Ice Cream Shop Mysteries, and the Cape Cod Cozy Mysteries. She writes clean, feel-good cozies for readers who love humor, lots of twists and turns, and happy-dance endings.
When she is not writing, Angela enjoys the outdoors, especially kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snowshoeing, and skiing. She lives in Massachusetts and loves all four of the New England seasons, but she looks forward to regular escapes to the white, sandy beaches of southwest Florida, where her mother resides.
It is fitting that Angela’s series take place in fictitious seaside towns in Massachusetts and Florida. These small towns would be idyllic if it weren’t for all the bodies that keep turning up!
Angela dreams of one day owning a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel like the sweet pup in her Sapphire Beach Series, but she isn’t home enough to take care of one. So, for now, lives vicariously through one of her main characters, Connie.
Zach and Connie’s wedding day is fast approaching but now their priest is missing. It a race against time to locate him before the big day nd find his kidnappers before things get worse. The book was okay,
I have been reading this series and following Zach and Connie through the upd and downs of their relationship. Finally the time for their wedding has arrived. When the priest who is to marry them suddenly disappears will the wedding be off? The characters in this series are so genuine and it is eady to embrace them as friends. In this book Fr. Anthony is just priceless. As a new priest he needs to lighten up a bit but I don't think Fr. Paul has in mind some of the things gets into with Connie and her sister and cousin. Nice to see Connie's whole family at one time. I loved this book and even if you haven't read previous ones you can enjoy this one.
What a terrific book about Connie and Zach and their family and friends. I loved the entire story. I read the story in about an hour. This held my attention from the beginning till the end. I want to see what’s going to happen next for Connie and Zach, as well as Stephanie and Gallagher. 😊😊😊😊
I have read all of Angela Ryan's books including her first in the new series. They are enjoyable and always bring a smile at the end. Since I live just north of the Florida locations described in these books they really are relatable to me. I just hope there will be more in this series.
After a 9 or 10 month engagement, it's 2 weeks before their November wedding date, with plenty of fun planned for the friends and families that are arriving in Sapphire Beach early! Of course, there's a mystery to solve as well!
