First introduced in 1979, the Handbook for Marine NCOs is recognized as the essential reference guide of the NCO corps. This revised and updated edition will remain the standard reference guide for Marine NCOs for years to come.

Very enlightening reading. I read what I didn't know or wanted more knowledge on and skimmed over the content I already knew or didn't find productive to read. Good stuff, however.
