Good basic book, easy to read and very convenient to look for specific topics. My only criticism is that they werr vey short on the explanations for each mitzvah.
Good introduction to the concept of Mitzvah and Jewish practice from a Reform perspective. Useful for review, introduction and reference. If you are reading this book and want to discuss it with someone who has a long association with Jewish religion and Jewish philosophy and culture you can message me.
I just finished reading the 70s edition that I picked up at a used bookstore. Even being somewhat dated, it's a helpful starting point for someone new to (Reform) Judaism. The book includes lots of footnotes and references for further reading, and the last portion is a collection of essays on various life cycle topics. Short and to the point.
