Great book about servant leadership. Although written from the perspective of higher education, the principles are applicable to all fields and leadership scenarios. Prakash lives these principles through his daily actions and he writes as someone who has lived servant leadership with real life examples and stories from throughout his career.

Above all, Prakash embodies the essence of servant leadership. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to learn more about servant leadership from someone who lives it on a daily basis!

This book is a gift of knowledge from a man of integrity and one of the best leaders I've known. I found myself visiting with an associate recently and talking about the 80/20 rule as described in this book.
