I’m a failed mage who’s been hiding out from the supernatural community for years when a hot demi-god from my academy days shows up on my doorstep. Emrys is calling in a favor so I can’t refuse, but one look at him, and I kinda don’t want to anyway.

I love my mundane life but I’ve sorely missed my magical community. Plus, keeping my broken magic secret means my dating options are nonexistent. What could it hurt to spend a few hours dipping my foot back into the supernatural pool for future fantasy material?

When my negotiation with the grudge-holding fae, Taneisha, goes south, what I’d thought would take a couple of hours suddenly turns into a multi-day quest. If we fail, the men’s heirloom legacies will be destroyed. I have no idea what she’ll do to me if we fail, but maybe these new marks on my shoulders are connected?

Hell’s bells! The first legacy on the line belongs to the panther shifter, Marcos. We’re on the clock and my magic is bursting under the stress, which never works out well.

How am I supposed to keep my broken magic hidden from these men, especially when they’re so protective and attentive, never taking their eyes off of me? At any moment I could slip up and show my magic for what it is: erratic and unstable. But I must keep my power in check or I’ll risk the wrath of my family when the secret is revealed.

The only option I have is to outsmart a fae at her own game. Here’s hoping those years strategizing as a dungeon master pay off.

Sera is a powerful mage with unreliable powers living undercover in the human world. When a blast from the past in the form of Emrys one of the boys she used to go to school with walks into her store. He and his four buddies Marcos, Liam, Caden and Franc are in a bind with a fairy. Emrys calls in the favor that Sera owes him and she is drawn into a strange quest. The six of them must go on a series of quests to regain items stolen by the fairy. The situation turns ever more strange when after traveling through the portal Sera has mating marks from all five guys on her.
A fast paced, witty read. The characters are quirky and entertaining with a ton of chemistry between them. This is a good foundation for the series to come. That being said there’s also a heck of a big cliffhanger and a lot of unresolved questions. This could be good or bad depending on how long it takes between book releases and if the upcoming books build on the solid foundation laid out here.
Couple of disclaimers things do get heated and there is some m/m action so if that’s not your thing give this book a pass. Otherwise I’d say it’s a good read and I am looking forward to seeing what is in store for the characters.

Let me preface this by saying I didn’t realize this was part of a serialized novel which I tend to avoid. I’m impatient. I like the instant gratification of a firm ending. But that is entirely my fault for not paying enough attention and I’m not holding it against the authors or story at all. Just a heads up for fellow impatient readers like me.

If asked what I liked in a PNR novel I would probably just wave at this story and call it good. It’s got everything. Badass, quirky, relatable heroine you can’t help but root for, broody, moody hero, soft cinnamon roll hero, old unrequited crushes, revenge plot from murder ladies*, epic quest and all the geekiness my heart can hold. As much as I hate serials I will be continuing on with this one because I need to see Sera defeat the baddie and get her HEA/HFN.

*can’t confirm she’s actually committed murder but she has the vibe in the best possible way.

What a story line, looks like we’re in for adventure
Saraphina was shocked when she sees an old friend Emyrs. She knew something was wrong and thought he was there for help. It seems him and his four friends had upset a fae and he thought Because Saraphina knew her she would be able to help. But this is the start of an adventure nobody saw coming. They knew she was a mange But what they didn’t know when she was having problems with her magic would this be coming issue.?? What could be another problems is the attraction that Saraphina starts to feel to all five of the guys.
I think this is going to be a great series. It was full of action attraction heat Twiston turns just a great read can’t wait for the second book.

I loved the storyline for this, tricky fae. 5 men who managed to get on her bad side, and poor innocent Sara who got dragged into the mess. I still haven't decided which male I like best, but it's between Caden and Emyrs. I'll be honest I'm not a fan of RH, but I have read several books by both authors so I figured I'd give this one a go. So 5 guys aside, the story itself is actually very good and fun to read. The end implies there's much more to come, at least 1 more book possibly 2 or 3. I will definitely read them, I liked the dangerous edge to the game the characters found themselves in. If you're a big fan of Sexy shifters, Demi Gods and mischievous fae as well as a mage with unpredictable magic, then this book will be a fantastic read.

Cheering for Our Heroine and the Guys . . .

This series provides the reader with an intriguing story line supported by well-portrayed memorable and engaging characters. Seraphina is a strong, confident female who has five amazing guys for company on her quest to thwart the baddie, Taneisha. The story itself is full of action and adventure with twists and turns to keep the reader fully invested. It’s really a good read!

For those to hate cliffhangers, get over yourself (said with a smile) and enjoy this great beginning. This is meant to be fun and the next book is heating up! Grab your copy and enjoy!

This unique and well-written book 1 in The Stolen Legacy Book Series has an interesting story with engaging characters. This book builds a intriguing world and well-fleshed out characters. The female lead does not need to choose from her suiters, she gets them all. These characters have depth, strength and personality in this action-packed story. It has twists, turns, intrigue, suspense, chemistry, romance, and love. This must read story is a good first book in this new series.

A great first in series.

This is really good, with loads of potential to be terrific series. I love the characters though I feel there should be a joke about a demi-god, an incubus, a mage and shifters walking into a bar somewhere along the way :)
I love the push and pull between the entire 'Supernova of Hotness' The storage space is my favourite part of the story... so far. I can't wait to read the search for the other items.

Seraphina is a mange whose magic is broken and uncontrollable. She went to school with who she calls her “supernova of hotness”. There are shifters, an incubus, a couple demi-gods and their enemy a fae. They must solve a series of puzzles to retrieve their stolen legacies. This reverse harem is the first in the Stolen Legacy series. Look forward to the next book.

Quite an interesting story. They are on a magical quest to find the icon that was stolen from them. And while on the adventure they discovered their mate in one woman. It’s a series of adventure, building up on the first, slowly revealing its secrets. What's next for ou adventurers will be found in the next book.

Of course, a book can be 1000 pages and I would feel it was too short; that is how I feel about any good story. What a great book! I loved Seraphina! And the Supernova of hotness. Great name btw. Caden just has something that I can't wait to know more about and Marcos and Liam are just so hummy that we can't stop reading the whole book. I loved them all, even the half gods, Emrys and Franc that looks super easy going but I ver there is more to it! I'm looking forward to read the second book!

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. This was a short and quick read. This is a #why choose story. I loved the characters and the world they are in. I know this is the first book in a series. I am looking for forward to see what is going to happen next. Sera was funny at times and her magick was not reliable. It make me feeling good reading it.

Cool story. A nerdy mage/bookstore/tabletop gamer/coffee shop owner is thrust into a fae game to get back relics with her friends from college. She goes, though her magic is unruly and wild, on an adventure that becomes much more than any of them bargained for.

This was a great book. The characters were so well written that I could see the story unfold through their eyes. Sera was great. This was a great first installment to the series and I'm hooked on the quirky plot, the relatable heroine and yep, the smexy guys that she gets roped into helping ;) When you add in a tricky fae, well, all bets are off and the adventure begins.
