What You Focus On Grows: Stories for your Frame of Mind

We all have some idea of what we want in our lives and what we want to achieve, but many of us somehow manage to get stuck or lost along the way. Distraction, responsibility and the minutiae of everyday life have kept us at a distance from our dreams and our goals. We are not nearly where we thought we would be by now.

But know this: The results you get in your life are a function of your Frame of Mind. When your thinking is off track, so is everything else in your life. The purpose of this book is to help you get back on track and focus on what you truly want for yourself. It's a compilation of stories that shine a light on ordinary life events, revealing the gifts that ultimately lie beneath every experience.

What You Focus On Grows pushes you to get out of the rut of your everyday thinking and into a world of possibilities. It's a collection of stories that presents you with the opportunity to see more than what is right in front of you, and leaves you with a renewed bounce in your step, a smile on your face, and an appreciation for the day-to-day moments that form your life.

One of the most poignant messages in this book is about the power of Journaling as a means to travelling a more joyous and fulfilling life.
