STORY:
This story was cute. I liked Dash and Anna. The city boy and the country girl. Their story didn’t wow me, but I fell in like with the way they fell for each other. Dash is house sitting for his sister until her recovery from the hospital. Unbeknownst to Anna, she has no clue and has to share an apartment with Dash while being new to the city. One thing led to another and they fell in lust and like. I had no issues with either characters and found them likable.
SEXUAL CHEMISTRY:
The sex scenes, I enjoyed them. I love their chemistry together, and they gave me a bit of steam that was satisfactory.
SECONDARY CHARACTERS:
The two characters that stood out to me, Jed, Dash’s co worker and Betty, Dash’s sister. I liked them, especially, Betty.
OVERALL:
A cute, fun likable Insta lust and love story.

I have really enjoyed getting to read the few stories that I have by Ms. Penny. This is an interesting love story. I have not read any story like this one. You think you are moving in with a female just to learn as you walk in and there is a guy there. He is the new roommate now to help his sister out because of an accident. With him being so swoon-worthy and the attraction and chemistry with these two will they be able to stay a part of will these two take the jump and throw caution to the wind and be together.

Bored
I couldn’t finish it. It has the love scenes but overall the storyline was dull. Would have made more sense for the MC to come to a new city for school not a waitressing job.

Tender and hot at the same time
The story is certainly predictable, but it is tender, moving and hot, between Anna, who arrives from the deep American countryside, and Dash, a New Yorker who exchanges places with his sister by the time she comes back from the hospital, in the apartment she shares with Anna.
Their story is romantic, steamy and exciting.

This was a great story. I really enjoyed Dash & Anna’s story. Anna is new to the city and gets a surprise roommate that changes her life. Another quick great read that I really enjoyed.

Penny Wylder's The Roommate Switch is a fantastic, wonderfully-written, steamy and sweet instalove. From small-town Kentucky, Anna is away from home for the first time, moving to big city Boston to spread her wings. She met her future roommate online and they became quick friends, but when she finally arrives at her new apartment to move in, she discovers her roommate's older brother, Dash - half naked. Dash is a playboy, but he cannot deny his instant attraction to Anna - though he knows his sister, who is laid up following an accident, would not appreciate him moving in on her friend and his temporary roommate. However, when sparks like this are flying, your Kindle is inevitably going to melt from the heat! Dash and Anna are complete opposites but perfectly suited to one another, and their story is a classic Penny Wylder entertainment!

This was such a good story! Is all about Dash and Anna. Anna and Dash meet when Anna goes to move in with Dash's sister Betty only to discover that her new roommate is Dash, at least temporarily. Betty was injured after an accident and was in the hospital for an extended period so Dash moved in to help take care of the rent. It doesn't take long for Dash and Anna to fall for each other. Some minor drama happens but thankfully we get a HEA! I really enjoyed this story and can't wait for more from this author!

Not my favorite
The blurb didn't prepare me, maybe I read it wrong. I don't under stand why the brother is there. I'm not sure why she talked to the sister for months before hand either. Just a weird living situation, if you ask me.
Lots of inconsistencies, the apartment started on the fifth floor, then the second.. They are both really flirty, probably not too flirty to feel safe with, ie her boss. how is it possible to do lunch round trip on a bus within 30 min, maybe an hour...
I didn't a feel for the couple, the city, the friends. At least it was short.

Great Love Story
I loved this book . It was a sweet romance . They meet because his sister needs a roommate but then she gets hurt and now her brother moves in with the girl and they have an instant attraction . The Roommate Switch is a wonderful read. Penny Wylder has done it again.
Anna and Dash are perfectly matched. Their chemistry is contagious and palpable. I’m looking forward to seeing if Betty gets a NEW roommate...lol

This is the story about Anna and Dash, told in the dual, first person point of view which is always a deal breaker for me. Another great read from this author. I got pulled into it instantly, Dash and Anna have great chemistry, the dialogue is funny.

This book reinforces the concept that men are from Mars and women are from Venus. After moving to the city snd giving into the temptation of being with him Dash is completely oblivious as to why moving away is a problem …. Thank God Betty comes back just in time but will that solve all of their problems? Cute quick hot read!

I almost stopped.reading this book after a couple.of.pages. This book.could.have seriously.used.some proofreading. Mistakes galore. The story is.ok, but a little.corny. Thankfully it is a short story.

An enjoyable read. Anna has just moved away from home. When she shows up to her new apartment there is man there. Comes to find out he is living there until his sister gets well. They of course have a thing. Luckily he comes to his senses and realizes she is worth it.

Hard to finish
Parts of this seemed way to unrealistic. Like Anna's job and what happened. And the whole Betty and Anna relationship with Dash was too weird. Glad they had their HEA.

I loved this story, I loved the characters, they are strong, funny, lovable and believable. I love that Anna was innocent but not gullible. I highly recommend this book for a good laugh and cry. Happy Reading!!!!

Good story
It’s actually a good story. Finding love in unexpected places and while they are not looking. Dash can be a dimwit at times but he got it right in the end.
