Written by Rusty Gaillard, a former Silicon Valley executive turned life coach, the book is a culmination of his own personal journey of transformation and the lessons he's learned along the way.

At the heart of "Breaking the Code" is Gaillard's belief that we often get stuck in a cycle of seeking answers and solutions to our problems, instead of focusing on what truly matters: enjoying life and embracing the present moment. He argues that by shifting our mindset and adopting new habits, we can break free from this pattern and start living a more fulfilling life.

Throughout the book, he shares his own experiences and insights, as well as stories and examples from his coaching clients, to illustrate his points. He covers a range of topics, including mindfulness, gratitude, self-care, and relationships, and provides practical exercises and strategies for implementing these concepts in our daily lives.

When you break the 'code' - your own code - you can achieve anything you set your sights on.

Great concept

In this technology driven day and age (iPhone, apps, software, …) Rusty incorporates these technological terms, such as “upgrade your inner software” when recommending steps to achieving the life you want. The book has progressive analogies and ideas on how one can break the cycle of rat race, making the reader realize they can create and design career/work around their true happiness, and not the other way around.
