Geared towards the corporate world. Nice enough concept, but everything is meeting oriented, boss oriented and employee/employer based. Actually deals more with examples of confrontations that should be happening, which don't. So while telling people to be honest and tell it like it is, he also shows nice, PC ways to do it.
