I am one of the biggest fan of Simon Cozens.
The book is good - but i dont think it is that great.
It's normal book - but definitely useful if you are looking for learning machine learning techniques, looking for putting some smartness like adding "collective intelligence" kind of features to the application and want to use Perl as Programming tool.
