This book was quite inspiring and exactly what I needed to shape my year. After reading the first half of it I finally signed up for a yoga course which I’ve wanted to do for years. It did get a little repetitive towards the end and I ended up skimming the last few chapters which I don’t normally do. Otherwise what a great book!

good to help you understand more about yourself and ways to navigate life that may align more with you. also really good at opening your mind up to all the options that are out there in the world
