Rate this book
Packed with flaps, Cars, Trains, Planes, and Trucks takes kids on a learning adventure through Discovery City. The Little People(R) make it fun to learn all about the vehicles found in a neighborhood, at the airport, at the train station, in the city, and in the harbor. For added educational value, each locale also reinforces one learning concept-colors, pairing, matching, counting, or shapes.

Fun lift-the-flap board book with pictures of lots of different forms of transportation. There's an educational component to it as well, with pages dedicated to finding colors, finding shapes, counting monkeys, matching drivers to their vehicles and finding pairs. It's a sturdy book and our girls really liked it - they asked for this book over and over.

This is BY FAR the best Little People book out there. My two and a half year old can actually read it. It teaches amazing vocabulary- like different people in the neighborhood and various means of transportation. The flaps are really sturdy and this book has lived through a lot of abuse.

Emerson can practice colors, matching and shapes and other things in this oversized lift the flap book. Also it is good to tuck into his crib at night for him to find in the morning.
