A much longer list of names than the Jones book and includes early references. Its introduction and background is a little short.

The main part of the book is sadly wanting. Lots of "see this" but no listing for "this" (at least for the names I was exploring.)
But the intro ... I liked the intro. I give it 2 stars because of the intro.
