I've used a lot of instant pot cookbooks. I love my instant pot, and especially with this summer, being able to cook without heating up my whole house is a game-changer. This cookbook is one of the best I've seen for beginners. It demystifies a lot of the techniques for making perfect food in the instant pot every time. Whether you're just breaking into the instant pot game, or you're a veteran looking to level up, I HIGHLY recommend this book.

I received an ARC of this book through a book lovers community and am voluntarily reviewing it.
