成长就是“移除障碍”。看这本书的过程中对《诊疗椅上的谎言》也有了更深的理解，对自我的疗愈也有不少启发。惊喜之处是作者几次引用了里尔克《给青年诗人的诗》。“耐心对待所有尚未解决的问题，努力去爱问题本身”。
