This has been a great series that has had me hooked from the very first book and although I am sad to see it end the author has done a fantastic job with it! Questions have been answered and all loose ends tied up nicely and the characters have all grown and their relationships developed so well and i have to say Harper is my favourite. She’s so tough, strong and totally kicks ass and takes no nonsense from anyone and has really found her footing. The twists and turns had me guessing but all in all it’s was a fantastic finale.

I loved the unique group of guys in Harper's harem. Their personalities, strengths, and even quirks were fun to read about and see how they interacted with the others. There is action in this one as the story concludes. Wish I could have read more about their lives afterwards.

Even though the plot was interesting to continue the series, I skipped all the harem spice scenes. I could not digest the romance part of the book. I wish there would have been only one other romantic interest involved and more focus on the story. These books felt like the harem romance was the main plot and the actual story was just filler.

A perfect and satisfying ending

What an amazing wrap up to the series. I adored Harper and her guys and was so pleased with the way everything turned out. There was action, adventure and tons of heat. I could not have asked for a better ending to the series. This is a definite must read series!

The end?

The intrigue, plotting, and betrayal is fantastic in Death Kissed. Fighting to reverse a curse by her ancestors that placed vampires in the dark and werewolves to the full moon, Harper is willing to do anything to right the wrong, but nobody told her she' d have to die!
I loved the entire series and was sad to see it's end!

I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.

Harper is one tough chick. Anything that can happen, will, with this girl, but she doesn't go down without a fight. I honestly could have just had her and the main storyline, and World have enjoyed this book. I didn't need all of her guys involved - I actually kinda grew bored with them, too be honest.

I love the twists and turns and the answers to all of the mysteries that were finally revealed. The imagry and characters Lawson created were fantastic and really sucked me into this story.

I'm really glad I got the chance to read this series, and that I waited to binge read them, and I look forward to more by this author!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m not a huge fan of reverse harem, but this author really pulls it off. In this latest and last book of the Arcane Arts Academy, Harper has to make some really hard choices including hiding for a while from Granger. While doing that, she has to find the ark to finally have a chance to bring down the Magistrate. There was so much that happened in this one, it’s hard to say anything without giving it away. However, I can say that this was a very satisfying conclusion, and I quite enjoyed the whole series. This was an epic ending to a great series. Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

Loved It!

This was amazing my favorite over the series. The series has been action packed and we finally get to see some relationship growth.l After 4 books with pretty much no sex this book was my favorite. The other books were also action pack and they built an emotional bond. Its a RH series which is I love, but the other books 1-4 really needed more sexy times instead of waiting till book 5. Beside needing that I loved it.

A nice ending

Felt a little rushed, if I'm honest. Which kinda sucks since the release was pushed back more than once.
All the steam was in this book. 4 books of buildup, but thankfully it didnt disappoint. Individual and group scenes, very very steamy.
The plot climax was pretty good. A little betrayal, a little fighting.
The epilogue was very short and while not really satisfying, it wrapped things up nicely.

This book was very good. You will discover that once you start reading that it takes you away to another world in which you forget about everything else except for the story that you are reading. It moves along at a really great pace making for an easy read. It has interesting and unique characters that you will fall in love with. This book is a must read and needs to be on your TBR.

Kissed

An excellent ending to a fantastic series. Some of it worked out just like I thought it would and some of it was a nice surprise. I don't always like RH because the story gets lost in the sex but that didn't happen in this one. It's a great story that happens to have some sexy times that didn't take it over.

Epic conclusion!

My goodness this series is awesome and ended in an epic way! I was a little frustrated with Harper in the last books since she was so independent and always rushed into things without thinking if the guys feelings. It was nice to see her truly depend on them and I loved how things progressed! All in all, awesome read!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved the ending to the series.. Harper finally learned to be considerate of her guys feelings which I was glad to see.. I was worried she was going to continue to be selfish which was the sole reason I gave the last book 3 stars. This book made up for that and tied everything up nice and neat by the end.. I enjoyed reading the whole series.

Not as good as the Vocari series, but still entertaining

Honestly, I didn't really like the series until the last book, but I held on to see what would finally happen. I feel like there's so many missed conversations that could have been had in the 5 books as not everything was explained by the end (Martin's monocle and why Alistair said he didn't guard the secret well, almost everything about Alistair, Draven not explaining to Harper his reluctance, why the Fitzgerald's were meddlesome too and why Elias has so much power, Kendra still watching out for Harper, Cecily and who she was running from, who Diana is descended from and why the huge connection with Alistair, etc). The Vocari series had WAY more steamy scenes and neatly tied up its plotline. I was disappointed, and really, only the last book counted for me as a true reverse harem romance as the other books only flirted with the idea.

I think Alistair needs a book that explains how this all came about, why he died, and who did it. There was so much speculation, and so many characters introduced that weren't fully fleshed out, that although it was a 5 book series, it seemed like too long and not long enough at the same time.

I thought maybe this was an intro to the realm due to its lack of steam and many plot holes, but I'm pretty sure it is to be read after the Vocari series due to Draven being introduced there.

I'll still check out her other works, but if they are more like this and less like Rose and the Vocari, it will be a struggle to finish them.

Compared to the pace of the previous four books in this series, this book seemed like the author was just trying to wrap everything up so the series could be done. With that said, I actually didn't mind because by the point I'm five books into a series I'd really prefer that things start wrapping up. I really liked the quasi betrayal for the greater good at the end, but I thought that the Phoenix Stone element felt very random. The author certainly talked about and brought attention to the ring throughout the entire series but very little was focused on the stone, to the point that I didn't even realize there was a stone in it. I appreciated that they made Granger a councilwoman at the end, but I thought the combination of both that and the inter-species school was a little hard to believe given how a traditional so much of their community was poised as throughout the books. I don't typically love multiple epilogues, but I do think it would have made more sense here if she had been made a councilwoman in the initial epilogue and then a year down the road the interspecies school was opened. All in all, a great series with a surprisingly good end.

Okay so I was shocked that she actually turned into a wolf. Like I knew it was coming but still shocked me. I knew she was going to have to die for the spell but I didn’t know how she would come back or if the spell wouldn’t be completed. But she had a phoenix stone in her family ring, so that was good and I’m glad Granger did too because I liked her a lot. The Magistrate was honestly the worst and I’m glad he is dead. I’m glad that she was able to have a good relationship with her mom after everything that happened. Overall I liked this series a lot and loved the endings with the interracial supernatural school named after Harpers family.

good

A good ending to the series. I liked how right at the start the guys lay it out for her how she’s being inconsiderate. There was some good adventuring and interesting spells. I liked the bit with the tree and that character, although that seems to just be a side plot point that goes nowhere unless there’s a spin off series. Things didn’t get fully wrapped up; what happened to the Codex, and the box, and the blade? Also I think the last scene with the group was a bit forced and a little unrealistic how they just hopped into it, no tentativeness.

Honestly, I felt like this was a pretty anticlimactic ending, I would have loved more of an epilogue instead of what I felt to be a slightly abrupt ending.

It felt like the story had been pulled together almost too neatly, with everything working out “perfectly” which I don’t realistically see happening after all that Harper went through. I know this is the last book, but I felt that the story could have been finished over another book as well, because I’m left with a lot of questions!

Wow what an ending!

Everything seemed to happen so fast!
I kinda found a respect for kendra when she sent her crowe to get the guys wither hapers first.
One thing that does rub me the wrong way is when Harper seen the recording her dad left he did mention a great sacrifice to reverse the spell. I dont know how they didn't click to that!

I would love to see how the progress over the years!

Holy rollercoaster ride....

I am so sad to see this end, but I absolutely loved it. There was so much going on and I was afraid the ending would be extremely rushed with how much needed to happen, but it flowed. Harper has been through the ringer that is for sure, but she never lost site on protecting not only the ones she loved, but all. She always kept her kind heart.

Great Series

I really enjoyed this series. It was done will and a good pace. The only part I felt was not needed was the one scene with mm . But that is me. I'm not big on that aspect but I know others enjoy that. In this case it seemed forced. Thier were jokes made about the possibility but didn't feel like it was needed.

Was a bit long..

I think this story could have had some parts removed. You lose the point of the story at some point in the book because something else happens to Harper and her 4 men.

Amazing

I absolutely loved this book. It was amazing how she brought everything together. So happy for Harper and her guys that they get to live a life without looking over their shoulder. Sad to see it come to an end.

Death Kissed

Such a great ending to Harper's series. She has been on a journey and this last book did not let up. I enjoyed the loose ends being tied up and how the epilogue filled in the gaps. Fin red and an amazing ending

Loved it!!

I loved Harper & her Harem! The whole series was riveting. I cried & laughed through out the series. It had a great ending, but there could still be more to come if you choose to write a sequel. Thank you,
