This is literally the only "advice for women" title I have ever been able to read without hating the tone, syntax, or attitude towards the audience. Clearly written by coaches with clients who need actionable and approachable solutions. Honest, forward-thinking, practical ways to think about yourself, your work habits, and your workplace. While this is written for higher-level employees or executives, the strategies can be interpreted for any level of employment.

Brilliant! I wish I could give Breaking Into the Boys' Club more stars. Breaking into the Boy's Club is a must read book for women in the corporate world. This book provides insights for women in the areas of corporate politics, networking, and communication styles. Additionally, Breaking Into the Boys' Club provides insights on how to achieve balance at work and at home. I believe Breaking into the Boy's Club will help any woman enhance their leadership and managerial skills.
