Living in the New Lemuria is designed to assist you in applying concepts from "The Lemurian Way, Remembering Your Essential Nature" into your life. You will have an opportunity to download information and practice techniques that the Lemurian Elders (also known as Ascended Masters) want to share with you. At the end of every Class Chapter, you will join in a group meditation located energetically at Mt. Shasta, a holy mountain in northern California that is one of the remaining sacred sites of Lemuria.Living in the New Lemuria is based on interactive classes Lauren taught on Zoom with people from all over the world joining in. This book is offered to those who didn’t hear about the classes as well as others who are awakened and hungering for more.Since finishing the classes and as this book was being readied for publication, I came to some clear realizations as to why the Elders urged me to create classes, then this book, and YouTube videos of the book’s spiritual exercises. Since 2011, we are in process of developing into a new species of human being, while the birth process is intense, painful, arduous and bewildering. This development is connected with the Divine and a Divine plan for humans. About the author

At the tender age of five, Lauren experienced a near-death experience.

When she came out of her coma, she could then see and hear her Council of Elders (a group of ascended masters who advise, teach and nurture her) and she became clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaudient, mediumistic, and pre-cognitive.

Lauren remembers 97 of her past lives in detail, including identifying people she meets and what their relationship had been in one or more past lives.

Lauren O. Thyme has been a psychic and spiritual counselor for the last 55 years. She has also been a professional astrologer for 46 years.

Ms. Thyme graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Sierra University in 1988 and studied with Dr. Joshua David Stone for a year's internship in order to become a MFC counselor.

Lauren studied with High Priest of Sekhmet Peter Paddon and was ordained as Priestess of Hathor through the Fellowship of Isis.

Lauren created her own Egyptian Lyceum (school) of Hathor, Sekhmet and Anubis, and continued her studies of ancient Egyptian Mystery School.

She visited Egypt three times, the last time while leading her own metaphysical tour. Four of her past lifetimes included being an initiate, twice a Priestess, as well as a High Priestess of Hathor at Dendera, Egypt.

In 1996 Lauren had a second major transformational experience and was gifted with a new birthday and birth chart.

After that experience Lauren was drawn to travel internationally, visiting sacred sites and writing/publishing articles based on her experiences there.

Her website TIME TRAVEL freely promoted metaphysical tours offered by 106 tour companies. She created THE EGYPT STORE and sold Egyptian reproductions (both now closed).

She practiced organic gardening for over 30 years, then bought and operated a permaculture farm on Whidbey Island, Washington for 7 years.

She has 2 children and 2 grandchildren and currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico

I obtained The Lemurian Way, Remembering Your Essential Nature some time ago. Living in the New Lemuria is a valuable sequel, so that I can learn to apply valuable Lemurian concepts to my life in an easy-to-understand way. Lauren's Law #3 "If it's easy, it's right!" Not only that, but Lauren offers 15 beautiful YouTube videos free to go with the exercises from this book. I think I am a Lemurian or at least hope I could be.
