Advanced mathematics is avoided, and formulas are introduced in only a few cases. The book is a user-friendly tool that nevertheless avoids scientific compromise. A very fun and beautiful book though some chapters are rather slow for a divulgative book. Nevertheless I enjoyed it a lot
